Great customer service as always. Very cute fall decorations with pumpkins and even a witch hat on the polar bear in lobby. Booked trip months in advance for 6 nights and was given a room on the 3rd floor with a terrible view. Our room was much smaller with one king bed (we usually stay with two queens). The room...

Ski lift during summer gets you access to the trails coming down the mountain, and the accommodation and mountain scenery puts you right in the middle of it. Saw a moose in the lake from the gondola and the view from the top was worth the trip.

I made the reservations as a surprise for an anniversary stay. We were well received by the staff, accommodated in every way I could imagine. The hotel was clean, staff very friendly, and the spa staff took great care of us as well.

We always love to stay at Hotel Alyeska!!! The staff was amazing. Very accommodating to every need we had. The housekeeping staff was the kids favorite people in the entire hotel....chocolates for turn down service and a couple extra on the way to the pool! Pool is great, so warm. It's deep for the little ones so bring floaties. Or...

Beauty surrounds you all year round - inside and outside. It's a great place to escape to. We are lifetime Alaskans and when we are not able to take a family trip or just need family time this is the place we choose. I recommend cross country skiing if the slopes are too much for you- kids love it too.

Our stay was off to a rough start--rooms weren't ready and when we were told they were, we were sent to a room still being cleaned. But--we loved our stay here. The view is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms were decent and clean. The entire hotel staff was friendly, and provided great service! 10 of us hung out at the bar...

We stayed here for our 6th year anniversary. The room was easy to book and it was beautiful. Everyone provided such excellent service and it made our experience that much better! Loved the restaurant and bar and especially the whirlpool! We love it so much going back in couple weeks for his birthday and bringing the kids! Can't wait!

We stayed at Hotel Alyeska on our Alaskan land tour, and the resort and surrounding area were beautiful! The rooms were spacious with windows that could be opened to the outside mountain air, and there were heated towel racks for winter stays and use during the ski season. The entry area into the room was large, which is ideal if...

Very nice hotel. Took a trip up the tram - beautiful views. Booked an excursion through the hotel's concierge with Girdwood Mushing Company. The concierge was very helpful especially when I had to change my booking due to an unplanned change in my trip itinerary.
