I was surprised by my Husband on Valentine's Day with a room at the New York Hotel! And surprised I was - not only at his thoughtfulness but of the accommodations! We stayed in the Star Room which is located on the second floor just above the SoHo Art Gallery (one of my favorites in town!). The room had a...

The Inn at Creek Street and New York Hotel is our favorite place to stay in Ketchikan. We appreciate the great customer service and direct attention provided to us as an individual. Rooms are exceptionally clean and their are a variety of options to choose from. The location is great for walking to many attractions and the shuttle service is...

We got a room on the creek which was 2 levels, two bedrooms with all the modern expectations (wifi, TV), a walkway that we could sit out and enjoy the rushing river. Squeeky clean. Jacuzzi is nice touch. Nice people to deal with.

I was very pleased with my choice to stay at this hotel over Christmas. My street-facing room gave me a wonderful view of the Thomas Basin harbor at sunrise. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a historic style but thoroughly modern fixtures, and the antique furniture gave the room a cozy atmosphere. It was easy to come and...

I highly recommend this hotel. I hate staying at huge chain hotels because I feel like I'm losing out on a certain charm that the city has to offer. The New York hotel in Ketchikan is no different...as you leave the airport (which they will pick you up and drop off for free from btw) you pass a few chain...

Once again I was given the Star Room above Soho Coho. The room is charming with a comfortable feather bed and a jacuzzi. Best hotel in Ketchikan. We stay here several times a year and love it! I was able to get a late check out to accommodate a late ferry departure time. The complimentary shuttle van took me to...

Prompt and complete reservations service and front desk. Great to have shuttle service to/from Ferry Terminal and Airport ferry (unique in America). Room and services 1st rate. Lovely views at night and on a gorgeous November morning. O'Briens downstairs is a real plus with tasty home cooked food, a great bar and superb Alaskan beer selection. Breakfast there was scrumptious...

My first impression when I saw the outside of the hotel was questionable; those thoughts soon vanished as we settled in to a lovely upstairs room with a beautiful view of the harbor. Clean, comfortable and inviting. Jose checked on us a few times to make sure all was well. A good stay!

You will not soon forget a chance to stay in a former red light district. Jose, the owner was personable and welcoming and offered us an upgrade to a great loft suite that was right on the river. It was spacious and comfortable and had the wonderful sound of the water to lull us to sleep. Creek Street is lovely...
