Loved the name and street so I made a reservation for 3 us to spend 3 nights. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, full kitchen, with a small dining and living room. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The Hotel has a Santa Clause suite which is decorated all year round for Christmas, great...

I recently visited family in North Pole and stayed at the hotel for a week. The building is what I would call bland, but the lobby has a cozy cabin feel to it. The rooms have simple, but clean furniture and finishes. The beds are a bit wobbly and the mattresses aren't the best, but I think I'm a bit...

It is a about 30 mins outside of Fairbanks, but worth the trip. Not a ton to do, but it is a fun experience (especially if you have children).the reindeer farm is next door to the santa clause house. Basically it s just a huge gift shop with the farm next door.

The hotel is nice but average, and does not warrant the amount they charge per night. They also do not support Alaska based pricing for Alaskans and this should be taken into consideration. The hotel staff are friendly and supportive with what they can control.

Lovely hotel steps to Santa's house and right off the highway. We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and living room. Nice breakfast included with the room. Very attentive staff always available to help. Steps to many fast food options or a Safeway to buy your own groceries and make your own meals. Would definitely stay here...

Went there for my anniversary. Was extremely pleased. They are a clean hotel right next to a grocery store. Next to all the good restaurants in North Pole. Friendly Staff. Awesome breakfast. They do allow pets, but only on first floor. So I do recommend if you don't have pets trying to get a room on the second or third...

My family and I stayed at Hotel North Pole for one night as we transitioned from Tucson, AZ to Eielson AFB. The staff was welcoming and warm. The hotel stands out among those we visited along our long route of travel, specifically, with its cleanliness. The continental breakfast was fresh and filling. It is evident that the management is serious...

My husband & I spent 2 nights at the Hotel North Pole and it was definitely worth it as we managed to see the Aurora Borealis both nights! We were told by one of the receptionists about Lake Chena as being a great location to see the lights. And boy was she right! Lake Chena is only about a 5...
