This is by far the best hotel in North Pole. It's big, bright and clean. We stayed in a suite... Which is the same as a standard room except it has an added microwave and mini fridge. The average rating is due to the cost for the benefits: fair continental breakfast and spotty wifi. Previous to this stay we choose...

This is the second time I've stayed with my family at this Hotel for a 10 day stretch. The manager and staff are excellent and extremely accommodating, even to a family of 10. There is a shopping center next door and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay at a reasonable price.

This place is worth the drive out. I have stayed in some of the best hotels and in their very best/most expensive rooms in Fairbanks. Fairbanks is run down, dated and way overpriced. This is the solution. Good restaurant within walking distance. Plaza, shopping, and hardware store for supplies right out front door. VERY high demand hotel for miltary personnel...

This hotel is very cozy, comfortable and makes you feel warm and welcome. The staff is outstanding at helping you find what you need and giving suggestions for places to try. Location is convenient to Santa's Workshop, Fairbanks and the Northern lights that are right outside the Hotel when visible. This Hotel is a must if in the Fairbanks and...

We were married outdoors and needed a nice warm indoor setting for some additional photographs. The manager was nice enough to allow us to do this and was extremely accomodating. Despite the raging blizzard outside, we moved into the lobby with our photographer, with their blessing.

We stayed here and found the rooms to be very comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I think this place has a real "hometown" feel. If you are hoping to see the Northern Lights, as we were, they will call you if they come out. They also have a package deal for kids where Santa will come to...

Nice hotel, awesome service. It's clean and comfortable but no fridge in room although you can get one....I hate this. It's a short drive to Fairbanks. Not a lot to do in North Pole but the people I talked to were friendly the Santa house is really close.

Hotel North Pole is a great choice! Far enough outside of Fairbanks to be quiet and restful, but close enough to Fairbanks for about a 15 minute drive to "downtown". Hotel North Pole was clean, quiet and up to date. We had a single room with a king bed (comfy!); the room was much bigger and more open than traditional...
