Did a 5 night stay at KRR with my wife and 12 yo daughter. Booked three great fishing trips as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin was spacious and well appointed. Grill on the deck for cooking, good size fridge, and plenty of coffee. Did a fly out salmon trip where we were fishing with a half dozen brown bears - some swimming by 15’ from the boat, A halibut charter out of deep creek, and silver salmon fishing in the river. All were excellent with knowledgeable and friendly guides. They did a great job packaging up out halibut and salmon to fly home. Couldn’t recommend more highly. Heading back next year for the kings.

Riverbend is a family owned resort and the owners and staff are so helpful and kind. If I could give a 6 stars I would! We went halibut fishing through Riverbend with Captain Todd and Mason and they both went out of their way to help us and make sure that we were having a good time. We caught our halibut limit that day! A few days later we had a fishing trip scheduled in Seward with Captain Don and Dave for ling cod, rockfish and yellow eye. There were some last minute changes and I went alone, I am a young female and I never felt uneasy or unsafe, I felt like I was in good hands.Dave helped to teach me how to use jiggs and I caught a trophy sized Ling Cod and the limit of rockfish and yellow eye! We also did a fly out and fished for Silver Salmon with Bill who was incredibly helpful and kind and we caught our limit! He showed us the waterfall, and we got to see 4 bears! I definitely recommend Riverbend, Dohn and John go out of their way to make sure guests are taken care of and that they have an enjoyable time.

I took my father and two sons to Kenai Riverbend Resort hoping to find an amazing fishing experience as they came highly recommended. I am pleased to report that they did not disappoint. We found a great clean cabin, welcoming staff, excellent guides and an overall amazing fishing experiences. The Resort is taking great steps to keep everyone safe from COVID and social distancing is not a problem. We stayed in the Sockeye Cabin and it was clean and well stocked with the necessary basics to serve as a home base for our fishing and exploring. We took six different fishing excursions including fishing both the Kasilof and Russian rivers, two fly out trips and two halibut trips. They took care of arranging everything with quality people who want you to have a rewarding and safe time. While the king salmon were hard to find this season, my 13 year old son caught one ten minutes into the first day of fishing! The bear and glacier on the fly out trips were amazing. They have very competent and patient guides as my family are certainly not proficient fishermen. They worked hard to help us find the right spot, successfully land the fish, have great equipment, take the all important photo and ensure that all were safe the entire time. We could not have asked for a better trip. We waited years to take this trip and Don and his crew at Kenai Riverbend Resort made it amazing and one my family will never forget. On top of it all, we brought home over 200 pounds of salmon and halibut we will enjoy for months to come. Thank you very much. Hope we can come back soon.

The staff at KRR set up an incredible 5 days of fishing trips for my wife and I. We enjoyed 2 salmon river trips, 1 fly out bear viewing and fishing, as well as 2 halibut trips on Cook Inlet. The cabin at the resort was perfect and the staff provided a first class experience in making sure we were prepped for the next day's excursion. All of the fishing guides we met did a great job putting us on fish. Alaska is an incredible place to visit already but KRR upped the ante and helped make our vacation perfect!

First time here and would go back. Nice cabins and we really appreciated the staff and all the planning and coordinating they do to make the most of your vacation. They setup everything for our Halibut fishing, Fly-in salmon/bear viewing, cruise out of seward and of course King salmon fishing right out the front door. I would definitely recommend them. Staff does all the fish cleaning, vacuum packaging and freezing for you and boxes it for the plane ride home. A+
