Funky. trendy hotel with a lot of metalwork! Actually it all goes together well and ends up a cool setup. Our room even had a kitchen sink and a bench top if you are staying a few days. What else was good? the wi-fi, the fridge, the air-con, the bed, the shower, the balcony and the electrical power points in the right places. Good, friendly service too. The young man who checked us in, served up a great breakfast the next morning, The breakfast was a choice of 3, all Thai style. I went with rice porridge, which was excellent. It also had a mini-baguette Viet style, apple slice, a choice of real coffee and a boiled egg,. This hotel is great value for money. Two things to watch out for) as other reviewers have said it is noisy at night because it's right next to a few bars (but that might be what you want with many restaurants too) and 2) the floor in room has a few levels so put the light on, if you get up in the night!

My family and I stayed for 1 night to take a rest then head to be back Bangkok. The rooms were good also amenities. The hotel locates in downtown and easy to walk to have some food. Just only 2 things; 1. a staff asked me to pay for the rooms but I already made a payment. So I told her to recheck and Im correct. It’s ok cause she seems to be new. 2. There are a fews bar around the hotel that make some noise at night. However it’s fine if you are easy to sleep or very tried 😅.

This boutique hotel was easy to find using gps. The reception is a small detached office space at the front of the building and upon entering you soon get the idea that this place is slightly different from your normal hotel.
Ok, so the stand in receptionist did not speak English but we are in Thailand so we all get by somehow, even with my limited Thai language skills. The check in was fast and efficient. Be prepared to pay 300 baht deposit for the room key, refundable of course. So far, so good.
I was taken to see an upstairs room. Now for the good part. What a surprise to see that someone has been able to express themselves in the design of such a quirky room. Images would not do it proud. Best come see for yourselves. The room(s) are decorated in retro fashion of a sort. With stainless steel conduits coming straight down the walls to feed power outlets (many) and light switches. Reminded me of my Grandpa's house. A clever room divider allows you to have a walk in area, then a dressing cum dining area. Then it's into the bedroom which has its own alcove area housing tea / coffee. The bedroom area has a writing desk, (using it now) and a large double window. Everything is spotlessly clean.
The house slippers await at the front alcove next to the well stocked bar fridge with reasonable prices. Bathroom is great, with plenty of room. Yes, its a proper toilet.
Did I mention the quirky dining table? fitted out with lift up lid, containing cutlery etc.
All new fittings include air con, LCD cable tv.
The king size bed is actually softer than one would expect but a nightcap or two usually fixes that little number up. Car parking was not a problem for me but it may be limited depending upon guest numbers.
Price is very reasonable here. If you want cheaper, you are missing out.
I almost continued driving once I arrived in Loei but so glad I stopped and experienced someone's fine efforts in making my stay a memorable one. Thanks to all the staff.

Rooms are adjacent to pub which creates very lound noise so you cannot sleep at night. Owner changed checkout time early to 11:00 while notification in room is 12:00 and insisted to charge if checkout 12:00 so it is very unfair. Narrow car parking lots, you have to request moving other cars if you wanna go out.

Mixed feeling about this boutique hotel. Overall, i think it is a good enjoyable 2 nights stay.

Pros:
Room design and decor is simple & nice, comfy bed, bathroom/toliet works fine.
Air conditioner really help to cool down the room especially on hot sunny days.
Walking distance to local restaurants, grocery shops, cafes, pubs and some tourist spots.
Very reasonable lodging price (include free local breakfast)

Cons:
If you are a light sleeper, dont stay here. There are a few pubs nearby with loud music playing till late night. Although it is not loud inside the room but will definately affect your sleep if you are sensitive to it.
Staffs understand little English, need to talk slowly to get through. But they are really helpful, definately.

The place is located in the center of Loei so it is very convenient to go around the city.
Few bars and restaurants around if anyone likes to experience Loei night life!
The room is well designed and pleasant, and the owner is very helpful and friendly.
Personally I found the mattress too hard and I hope they will look into it.
Apart from that personal matter and the noise - as the hotel is at proximity of open live music bars - it is one of my favorite place to stay in Loei.
We will definitely stay again.

This place is very cool. Rooms are funky and well designed, which is understandable when you find out that Gigi (the general manager) studied interior design in Bangkok. Fittings in the room are all good quality, lighting is great and the rooms are really lovely.

Gigi herself was super helpful during our stay, giving us information about where to go during our short visit to Loei. She arrnaged transport for us given that we were without a car, and wrote instructions for the taxi driver in Thai so we didn't get lost along the way. She even sat with us while we were waiting for a taxi and played cards.

One downside was the noise. The hotel is located in the heart of the nightlife district, and there's 3-4 bars close by that offer live music until 2am. Even with earplugs in it was loud, and at 2am the noisy clientelle spilled onto the street, making even more noise.

If not for the noise, this place would get the full 5 stars. Book this place, but bring earplugs.

When we were leaving they were just finishing a family room (sleeps 4) which looks really nice.

I have stayed here for 1 night. It's such a pleasant stay. I love the design of the room. Every corners of the room are lovely decorated. The bed is super comfortable. The mattress is a high quality. There is a terrace outside the room. Moreover, there is a corner for working space. They also provide towels, toothbrushes, lotion, shampoo, hair conditioners, shower gel, cotton buds, shower caps. There is a big fridge in the room.

I found little problem with finding the location as there is no big sign that you can see clearly to indicate that is the hotel. By the way, you can call them to tell you how to find. The owner is very friendly and kind.
In the night, there are other guests knocked on my door to ask whether there is free room available. they think I'm the hotel reception ( I stayed in room A1 actually : the first room). The reception is on down-stair and It is quite hard to see. So it can be easily confused.

I'm going to stay there again in next week. I think 'Indiego Space' is one of the most stylish and well-designed hotel in Loei. Don't hesitate to book. I recommended.

I just came here for the food. They advertised burgers outside. The cook takes your order, he speaks good English. It was 49 Baht for a pork burger and 69 Baht for a beef burger. Add ons like cheese and bacon etc were all 10 Baht each. The burger was cooked on a BBQ. It was a pretty decent burger for a cheap price. They have free wifi and fans to keep you cool.

I normally stay at Indigo/Indiego Space when i'm in Loei, I recommend booking in advance because they will fill up on busy weekends. The rooms are large, modern, and well decorated. I like the quality of the linens and towels, the mattresses are better than most in Thailand. I would highly recommend to stay here while in Loei.
