The wonderful staff at this hotel make your stay worthwhile. After a couple of emails to this hotel I really wanted to stay there because I could tell they really cared about people having a good experience there. They are welcoming and give you a lovely little bottle of red wine to help you settle in. The rooms are really...

The room we had was great, with a nice view of the Sapa mountains. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower. We arrived early with the night train and could do an early check-in so we could catch up on the missed sleep. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice. Would recommend it to anyone,...

Hotel not bad. Everything was damp although that is part of being in the clouds of Sapa. Pillows smelt of old flannel so replaced them with a rolled up duvet from other bed in room. Beds comfortable and although damp, I had a great nights sleep! I asked for help booking Fansipan train on way back as had heard it...

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a room with a verandah and a view. Staff were warm and helpful. We were even given a bottle of wine.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2012 and from the moment we arrived we were looked after by the staff, nothing was too much trouble and they offered good advice on local attractions and sites. the room we stayed in was nice with a balcony that overlooked the mountains and valley. We were blessed with great weather and apart...

The staff at this hotel is great - they did everything they could to make the stay a great one. It was 2 days after my wife birthday and they left a cake in the room with candles and a nice card. They made me strong coffee and were very helpful in all areas. My biggest "problem" with this place...

We liked this hotel, and their friendly staff made it great. Our room was at the front with a nice balcony facing the rice terraces. The room itself was fine, a little run-down feeling, but I think it's probably as good as it gets for Sapa. The view made up for anything lacking in the room. The staff were helpful...

Stayed here during a 6 week SEA trip in mid-March 2012. As other's have stated, the guy in the photos has nothing to do with the hotel. The place is managed by mostly a single family, all of whom are local/viet. We really enjoyed the hotel. It's not the Ritz, but it's a very solid accomodation with clean and comfortable...

I arrived in Sapa on the 28th of April and stayed for two nights at Sapa Luxury Hotel. Made the booking through the website two months ago and I must say that the response was very quick and Mr Dung Truc Long really took the trouble to get me the best rate and good room. The hotel is located on...
