We arrived in Sapa as it began to snow. We had contacted the hotel asking for a pickup from the bus station, to which we never received a reply. After walking 15-20 minutes in the snow to the hotel we were extremely excited for a warm room and a hot shower. The room looked great when we first walked in....

A lovely place to stay in such a gorgeous town! Staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early after arriving from the night train and were very helpful in organizing a tour for us and providing information of things to do in sapa. Booking a mountain view room is well worth the extra couple of dollars, and...

We've had a very good stay of 2 nights in this Sapa view hotel. The location was good to go around for shopping & tours.The hotel staff was very friendly and can speak English very well. Our room was spacious & breakfast was good, just small thing was wifi need improve!

Found this Hotel on Expedia.....it was really nice and clean hotel, the people who worked here are very friendly they would really assist you if you need anything. Had a great time with my girl friend staying at this hotel. We will surely stay here again next time we come back to Sapa. Very nice......

One of the best views in sapa, excellent service and an amazing price. Great location just of the Main Street. The room was fantastic and very comfortable. The staff would super friendly and would recommend staying here 10/10. Did I mention the views?

This is a lovely hotel with amazing views and short walk to town centre. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and a good size and comfortable with wood fires for winter months. We stay was excellent!!!!!!! the room, was fabulous the view overlooking the valley, moutain and watching the rice terraces are great of the natural. Supernice staff, and thé best view of sapa! Wish we could have stayed here more nights:) Is central with a lot of restaurants and shops! Nice trail to walk in near as well Very beautiful decoration inside!
