Booked 2 rooms and stayed here 1 night with family. Love the deluxe garden view room which oversees bamboo trees. It's on the 4th floor and you have to walk through an open area to get there. Quite isolated but unique feel. The other room was upgraded to mountain view for free, on the 2nd floor. Awesome view of the...

We, a group of five friends, stayed at this hotel on the night of Dec. 30, 2012. The first impression is great. Beautiful internal design, spacious homely sitting room and great location. However, we quickly realized that the hotel does not have an elevator and although the baggage was carried up and down by the staff, there were people who...

We stayed here 2 nights in January 2013. The room was pleasant but on the 4th floor with no lift. The weather was cold when we arrived and there is no heating in the bedrooms apart from an open fire which the hotel lit for us but it did not give off a lot of heat. Bed had electric blanket...

This is a delightful hotel and has a real family run feel to it. It is located a short walk from the centre of town so it's location is very peaceful and quiet yet not too far from where all the action is.The staff are amazingly friendly and obliging. The rooms are well appointed with alot of wood and ethnic...

Service was excellent and the staff so helpful and friendly. Food was so good in the restaurant that we used it on both evenings. If you...

Considering the fair price this hotel offers more than you might expect. Cosy, clean rooms with a fireplace that actually worked when we came back from dinner on a chilly day. The breakfast is simple but good, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. Only downside could be that it is a bit out of the centre ( approx. 10...

Booked two deluxe rooms through a travel agent from Hanoi at very good rates. My most important condition to the travel agent was that the rooms must have mountain views. On our arrival on 10 Dec, we were not disappointed. The hotel upgraded one of the rooms to a suite with fantastic panoramic view of the valley and mountains. The...
