Just spent two nights here and had a wonderful time. When we went to check in, we were offered an upgrade for 500 000 vnd and took it. Had a beautiful view down the mountain from our balcony and the beds were insanely comfortable. Upon checking out, we asked if reception could call us a taxi to Lao Cai and...

Nice spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Good size modern bathroom with toiletries and hair drier. Excellent buffet breakfast with choice of items for omelette. Great location, close to shops, restaurants, bus station and city centre. Service was OK but could be improved and staff at reception could be more friendly. Tours organised from travel desk were overpriced.

Restaurant had a good selection of dishes and the breakfast had a large selection of western and oriental choices. location was near the mainstreets but without the noice of it. The only downside i can think of...

When I phoned they said we could have a suite for one night but not the second. Useless as we were trekking and going to Bac Ha early so...

This is not an easy hotel to rate because we can't compare it to other hotels in SaPa, because it is the only place we have stayed. First of all the positives. 1. Generous size rooms. 2. Very comfortable new bed (king size). 3. Great location. Walk to shops and restaurants. The not so good: Hotel has a dated almost...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel was warm and comfortable. Weather was cold, so being able to return to warm room was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was fairly standard. However, I can never get my head around cake for breakfast. Those wanting a big Australian/NZ style breakfast will, of course, be disappointed. - however, overall, more than adequate. I can't comment...

Well located in Sapa and some rooms with Lovely mountain views. In mid winter it was very cold and even with the Room heating was still cold. TIP ; in winter bring warm sleepwear besides hiking gear. Waterproof hiking boots were very useful. Breakfast was reasonable and healthy.

We arrived from the train at 7 in the morning, so didn't expect to be able to access our rooms but we were still able to take a shower and have breakfast which was unexpected and very welcomed. We loved Sapa. Plenty of walking off the beaten track and the town center had a great vibe at night. Our rooms...
