Our experience with Dat was a 10 out of 10. We are teachers in Thailand so we were on a strict budget and worried about the expense. We now realized what an incredible value Heavenly Homestay is and wished we had stayed longer. Dat is an incredible cook. My wife has food allergies, which I let Dat know about beforehand,...

Dat and his family are the most wonderful hosts. The food provided is top class. We were very lucky to have Sun si as our guide for our 3 days. She is a fantastic guide who really knows the local area. She even brought us to her home to sample some fresh cucumbers and to meet her family. We really...

The food was so tasty and there was plenty of it. We had private guided tours around the area and the view was stunning. I give this place my best reviews and would...

The food was great and always plenty. The hikes were really interesting and Sapa has some beautiful views to offer. Personally I...

A group of 8 friends stayed here for 2 nights. We had a good stay. Treks were amazing, house was perfect, food was excellent. However, Dat was very stand offish. I don't know was it because there was 8 of us or was he just preoccupied with building the new house next door but he certainly was not as friendly...

Our stay at Heavenly Homestay was fantastic. Even though we only got to stay in Sapa for 2 days, we did everything we wanted to do. Dat is a great host and a very good cook, and his family are lovely. I felt welcome and comfortable, and our private room had everything we needed. The treks with our own personal...

been there for one night and it was really worth it. The rice fields around the homestay are breathtaking and just strolling around Tha phin is a great experience already. Everything was clean, but the bathroom didn't have hot water. If you wake up easy, you should bring earplugs because the animals make noise at night, it's like sleeping in...
