Very nice hotel with great looking gardens, wonderful view of downtown lake. The room is somewhat rustic with a little noise isolation, but still great. The service staff was very nice and professional.

it's hard to review this hotel... We stayed for two nights in a family room with our two young children (6 & 8 years) and really liked it. It was comfortable, clean, though not 5-star/luxurious ... but staying in luxury may feel strange after spending time with some of the tribes people around Sapa and seeing how they live... so...

Travelers to the moutainous north are not always pampered by luxurious hotels but in the Victoria you find everything you can imagine: beutiful, spacious yet cosy roooms. You willbe fond of the decoration! Everything perfectly clean and a service you can only dream off. The breakfast is very good. Our nicest stay north of Hanoi.

Like some other reviewers we had poor weather and bad visibility when visiting Saps which doubtless meant that we didn't experience the resort and the hotel at their best. We did appreciate the scenery we were able to see particularly the terraces and the paddy fields but the town is currently swamped with construction works resulting in dirty streets and...

Well situated hotel with a touch of luxury. Lovely comfortable rooms, helpful friendly staff and beautiful spa and swimming pool. We took advantage of the Victoria Sapa massage which was 90 minutes of sheer bliss. We needed that after a day trekking in the mountains. Highly recommend it if you are going to Sapa

The point of visiting Sapa is to view the local scenery. Unfortunately, as we arrived, a thick fog descended, which made any walking or hiking pointless. It also ruined the views from this hotel, which we'd heard were impressive. The hotel looks good - rather like a huge Alpine chalet. Very decent room. What was a disappointment was the food....

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Sapa. Fantastic hotel and great facilities. The grounds, pool, gym, sauna etc are all fantastic. Good bar and dining area and lovely open fire in the cold months. Staff were fantastic and the tour desk was great in helping organise local treks in the valley. Organised transport to and from the train station...

Excellent service from start to finish. With helping for our return travel to Hanoi and being impeccable accommodating during our stay I would highly recommend the Victoria. Breakfast was satisfying with plenty of options. Staff helping with all requests. If you want to have an easy stay in sapa this is the place to come.

Unless you're in the backpacking price category this is the best place to stay in Sapa. We. Stayed over Tet - Vietnamese New Year - which meant the hotel was almost empty, but filled quickly as we left. A very welcoming hotel with comfortable rooms, good restaurant, enthusiastic staff. Our room was not warm enough as the temperature when we...
