Such good value our room was massive with two queen sized beds for only about £6 per night!! The staff were really helpful and organised our best tour yet (we've been travelling for a while so have done a fair amount) around the Sapa rice fields with the lovely locals - would defiantly recommend!

Really nice stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful, couldn't do enough to help us. They organized our trek to the villages and helped us organize our bus back to Hanoi. Breakfast was delicious. Would recommend!

The service here is fantastic. The staff are not pushy - they simply want to help you discover Sapa and enjoy your stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is slightly noisy, but that is because of its great central location. Amazing value, would definitely recommend staying here.

From the early morning to late evening/night, the music is super loud. The techno from the next door bar is super loud. If you have a light sleep I would advice you to do not book any room there. If you sleep very deeply, the rooms are very humide. It doesn't smell very good inside of the room. There is...

Family run hotel. All the family very pleasant and polite and speak good english. The food was excellent here and hotel right in the middle of tourist area. The room we were given smelled damp but we asked to moved and were given the pick of the rooms left available. Very good value hotel.

Luckily stumbled over this lovely restaurant. Other guests who had just finished their meal gave us the thumbs up while we were outside looking at the menu. Ask for their set menu which isn't listed in their menu. It's a family run business, mum and dad do the cooking while the young son and wife run the restaurant. The helpers...

Sapa in February turned out to be very cold and foggy. As stated in other reviews, the bed has a very hot electric blanket but no other heating and the insulation is relatively little. I was given a front road facing room that now has a bar playing loud music next door till around midnight. The room itself was clean...

I booked this hotel through Agoda with discount. The price is really nice that u can't ask for more. And one of the staff here has fluent English. She is really kind and will help you anything. There is only one thing u have to know before u book is the hotel is next to a bar with louder EDM....

Location is ideal surrounded by bars and resturants. Sapa is renowned for its cold and foggy so you would expect a warm and inviting room. Ours was cold with no heating at all except for an electric blanket. When we returned to our room we got straight into bed to keep warm.

Despite being moved up a floor because of the noisy bar next door it was still incredibly loud- sort of bass that shakes the bed. Room was v damp & smelly. It was warmer to keep the windows open in January! Electric blanket was the only way the room was bearable.
