We were treated splendidly by all the staff. They went out of their way to clean my friend's muddy clothes after our hike. My room had a lovely view and the breakfast was plentiful. Evidently some people complained about construction noise. It was not a problem for us.

My husband and I stayed here as part of a Overseas Adventure Travel trip. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, and the view was top rate! The breakfast selection met our needs; loved the fresh fruit and pastry 'of the day'. The staff was very accommodating and kept apologizing for the construction noise next door which was not...

Sadly this is a reasonable hotel, however due to massive construction directly opposite the hotel, if you reserve a street room as our travel agent did, you won't enjoy your stay. Other guests on our tour who were given basement rooms had no noise problem at all. The positives were it was reasonably clean, room a decent size, air conditioning...

I booked Sapa Eden Hotel but they changed me to this Sapa Lodge hotel which is the same owner. Sapa Eden has better location better view, even it's older but it is better. DO NOT TRUST the manager or staffs, if they want to change the hotel for you. I visit this hotel January 2017 and the heavy construction is...

We stayed here for one night. The room was decent, but the staff seemed disinterested and no where near as friendly as we'd come to expect from other hotels. Food was OK. Location is good though. Also, note that they have heavy construction happening across the road, which goes on through the night. The hotel as double glazed the windows...

Phil & I stayed a night at the Sapa Lodge Hotel who also arranged our overnight trek, Homestay accomodation, guides, meals and were extremely attentive to our every need. The staff were all excellent, the front line staff very professional and welcoming. The room was clean and when the fog cleared had great views

Room was fine, though the door lock seemed to be broken, unable to be locked. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They upgraded one of our 2 rooms free of charge which was appreciated. It would have been nice to have a heater in the rooms. Breakfast was mediocre at best. There is tons of construction going on in Sapa...

The room is very small, decent. They actually told me that I got an upgrade to a suite but it seems the room is just the standard one. Not enough hot water for showering. If you take the bath for longer than 15 minutes then will suffer as it run out of hot water. Breakfast is poor - nothing much...

Staff were very accomodating. There was one night that I was locked out of my room-my daughters were asleep. They gave me another room to sleep in without charge. Questions and recommendations were also very useful. Look for Thu (Autumn) & Thom (Chantel). Very friendly! Very helpful! Appreciate you 2 ladies! Bosses please take care of these 2 :)
