A basic hotel that has rather aged furnishings. No lifts available. The electricity is rather unreliable with several trippings during our 2 nights stay. Problem however were quickly resolved by staff.

Really enjoyed our two night stay at this hotel. Rooms are huge (and so is the furniture). Amenities incluse free cakes in the room. Most rooms have small balconies. Be sure to get room facing the mountain range. Breakfast was plentiful and was very good. We had lunch at the hotel and as well, the food was terrific. Clean and...

After a 2 day trek, we stayed one night in this hotel. We were moved to the second building on the 4th floor. This building doesn't have an elevator and the shower is poor for western standards. Beds were clean, room was clean. Nice view, good breakfast (vietnamese coffee only, if you care about that).

My wife and I stayed in one of the deluxe room here on a Wednesday night, it was so great! The room was enough for 4 to stay comfortably. And we couldnt believe that. It was like staying in an apartment. You walk right through this corrider and just like that your in City. You are literally on the same...

Everything about this hotel is new and the service is superb. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It's a huge hotel servicing a conference crowd (which is not why I was there) and I suppose it has the potential to be crowded but I didn't really feel it on my overnight stay. We had...

The hotel is a little run down and in need of a face lift. The room is basically clean but the electrics are not the best. Shower pressure is not great but hot water works. There is construction work in progress all around the hotel so noisy and dusty everywhere. The staff seem friendly and willing. The security safe in...

The hotel is in a good location with great views. The whole place is tired but clean. We did a lot of walking in relentless rain. We returned to a cold room and there was no where to dry our clothes and boots. Reception said use the hair dryer. The super bar across the road had a log burner -...

A visit to Sapa is a must, when visiting Vietnam. Its a quaint, rural and unsophisticated village. Its such a different pace of life to the cities. Bamboo Sapa hotel is a old fashioned building, needs updating, but very adequate at the same time.Big rooms, high ceilings and good sized bathroom (a good bath)' All very clean. Lighting was very poor, wall lights on...

This was a 2 night stay during a tour, as such I don't know the price of the hotel as it was in with the package. The hotel has an unassuming visage, but is very pleasant inside. The rooms are very spacious, with the ones at the back having balconies that look over the hillside. The air con works well...
