We stayed for a week in last august. There were four of us: my mother and I and my two childrens, 10 and 11 years old. It's a family run apart hotel and the atmosphere is very cosy and relaxed. We really appressiate all the effort the family had to make us feel comfortable. We bought half board and had...

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment for 14 nights from late August. We had a lovely spacious apartment which was the whole first floor of the building that looks like a detached villa. We had a lovely large balcony across the front and a side balcony with plenty of space for drying our washing. Access to the apartment was...

We enjoyed the Iztuzu Villas so much last June, we didn't want to stay anywhere else in Dalyan for our Anniversary Holiday and we were happy that we did, infact, we overstayed this year and got new flights home so we could stay longer. What can I say that I didn't write before? It's still well run, the gardens and...

We recently stayed at these apartments on 12th July for a wedding we were attending we stayed in a one double bedroom apartment which was by the pool. During our 5 day stay we had no complaints. The apartments were large in size a little simple and dated but clean. Our sons stayed in one of the two bedroom apartments/villas...

We had the pleasure of staying at the Iztuzu Complex for a week in June. As many other reviewers have already mentioned, Sadiq (owner) and his family are very accommodating and they will happily see to your every need wherever possible (even despite the language barrier!). Sadiq will greet you with a cold beer (or coffee) upon arrival which is...

it was my second time in dalyan but first time at this villa we stayed for 5 days, I would not really call it a villa but an apartment, it was lovely though me and my family had a 2 bedroom place, which was great with the pool just outside 2 different styles one really deep and the other a...

First time to Turkey and spent the first 3 nights at Iztuzu. Cannot fault it at all. Clean and spacious apartment, immaculate pool area and surroundings. Sadik could not do enough. Arrived at 10pm and the bar was opened for us and we all sat together for a drink. Breakfast was organised for us as was a trip to the...

Stayed here sept 2015 for 10days. Although the pool area and surroundings are lovely I can't say the same for the so called Villa. It's not a Villa it's a 2 bedroom apartment that is so dark and old fashioned I found it depressing. No air con in livingroom, no toaster and unless you ask You won't have your apartment...

The Iztuzu apartments are situated about a mile I'd guess from the town centre,a 15 minute stroll. It's all flat although there are no pavements. It's mainly a residental area, quite run down in parts and the Iztuzu complex stands out because of this.Nicely constructed with beautiful gardens,it's a most pleasant and relaxing base for any holiday in Dalyan. You may experience some...
