THIS IS A SMALL RESORT WITH A BIG HEART! A warm welcome on arrival late at night by Vugar, Melissa and Yavuz. Dropped off my bags at my studio and went to the bar. There to my amazement, was a couple I'd met briefly on our previous visit in May. Such is the draw of Club Mel. It is more...

Dalyan: fabulous place. Close to Dalaman airport. Do not be put off by the current political siutuation - it is perectly safe with better security at Dalaman airport than at any european airports! Go soon! They really need your business in Turkey because bookings are 50% down and the people are truly suffering and are losing jobs. Please do not...

As other reviewers have said the staff were very friendly, and the pool area was nice, but if I'm honest I was a little disappointed with the standard of the room. We had a two-bedroomed apartment on the first floor, which was rather shabby and in need of updating. When we arrived in the middle of the night we had...

On the edge of town, so quiet. Very close to river path,so nice and easy to get around on foot. Fine pool. Rooms are eccentric, some nice, some bit grotty. Built to not be very cool in the strong heat. No wifi except at the pool bar. Air con is extra and not that great from what we used, but...

In brief: A basic accommodation with most items necessary for a good self catering holiday. Pool & pool area: Clean & quiet. Freshwater pool (quite deep at one end), plus a very small toddler pool. Rooms: Clean, comfortable and functional. Staff: First class, five star, outstanding, friendly. Long version: Some of us aren't self catering people, preferring to know how...

After last year I couldn't wait to return, this time I took my friend who had never travelled abroad before. She loved it. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our apartment was the largest I have ever stayed in in Turkey, two large bedrooms with ample wardrobe space, galley kitchen with full sized fridge, gas hob, well equipped with all...

We stayed at the end of September 2015 and below is a condensed version of some of the terrible treatment we received from Club Mel and sunshine.co.uk: We had flu-like symptoms and diarrhoea after eating breakfast and dinner at Club Mel which ruined days of our holiday. KITCHEN: two out of three lights were not working in kitchen. Washing machine in front of kitchen sink. BATHROOM: No light...

I visited the hotel in Dalyan, which is located between Fethiye and Marmaris. The hotel is located close to the Dalaman airport which you can get to via a twenty minute bus. I highly recommend the hotel which accommodates families and couples in its spacious villas. At the hotel there is a large swimming pool, delicious food with a variety...

Firstly as many people have said the apartments are a little dated but are clean nonetheless. We enjoyed a duplex apartment with a balcony but unfortunately could not use as when the air con condensing unit was on the noise and hot air being blown from it was annoying. Below was the terrace area, many a night was spent playing...

What a great place! Beautiful setting, comfortable, clean rooms and fantastic owners and staff. I have never felt so relaxed, safe and taken care of as I have on this holiday. I have been visiting turkey for the last 20years and enjoyed many places but this hotel is the top of the list. Cannot wait to return.

“The rooms further from the bar area will not have wifi in the rooms but it is available from the pool /bar/ reception area. This is not surprising as the gardens are large and as such the apartment buildings are spread out. The terraces on the ground floor are perfect for sitting out and enjoying a family lunch or dinner and feel quite private surrounded by the lovely gardens.”

“The terraces downstairs are bigger than the balconies upstairs.Upstairs, you can leave the door open at night (not too many mozzies).”
