Very comfortable mini apartment with all facilities you can desire. Quiet and very clean. Very easy to find, just out out of the village, on the main road to the ski fields. The size is big enough to spend a long period with the maximum confort.

The Motel was clean neat and tidy. The staff was helpful and friendly attending to our needs. They assist with where to go to eat and getting great views in the area. Thank you very much we will be back.

My fault I did not check the actual motel website. I booked because it has a spa - well only in ski season! Directly on the motel website I booked because it had internet - very intermittent, not good enough to Skype or pick up e-mails. It was shoulder season but the lounge was cold and unwelcoming for the day...

The most horrible guest we have ever had. Some people are not worth having.

Clean, tidy, quiet room. Comfortable bed. Great parking. Friendly receptionist. Would recommend. If doing Old Coach road mtb ride you could ride down to shuttle the finish of the ride goes right past the motel.

The staff here are wonderfully accomodating, even when plans change and I recommend their customer service! They are happy to sort out issues in advance and work with you to come up with a suitable solution.

Our room was very lovely and clean. Very warm and comfortable. We arrived late on Friday night and Leigh kept us in contact throughout and made sure we had all the information we needed before our Tongariro hike the next morning. Great amenities overall. Location was close enough to Ohakune town centre where there are lots of restaurants and shops.

The lodge accommodation was comfortable and clean. Staff helpful and happy to help generally. No milk to make yourself a cuppa either in the kitchen or upstairs. That would have been great after our big walk. The transport to the crossing was well organised and gave out good information. There at the other end to bring us back on time...

This motel was a reminder of my Youth Hostelling days. Dull atmosphere. No in room f acilities for tea etc - just a communal kitchen. Small cramped dowdy room. When we arrived reception was unmanned and just one other conuplecwere staying there

Thank you but Sorry, but we must absolutely dispute this review. Our rooms are as spotless as is humanly possible. We have recently renovated the en suite rooms. They are bright, clean, new bathrooms, new carpet, lighting, bedding etc. Yes the lodge rooms share a communal kitchen / lounge / dinning area - as you find in all lodges worldwide....

We were in a family studio and boy was it large. We had the most space at this motel on our NZ trip. The room was a bit older, but did not make our stay any worse. Good, high speed WiFi. As everywhere in NZ the beds are way too soft for a good nights sleep, but I guess I...

As soon as we walked in the staff were especially nice and welcoming. From telling us all about local attractions to showing us around the facility, it was the customer service that made the difference. Rooms were clean and tidy with no obvious problems. Would definitely recommend.
