I stayed here for three nights with two teen daughters. Location is great, quiet but very close to beach and not that far from town centre. We had the one bedroom unit with kitchenette so we could save money and self-cater. Good points: Bathroom was very spacious, so perfect with teens. Kitchenette was basic but functional and clean. The king...

Although we stayed here only one night it is definitely somewhere we would stay again. Comfy bed...important after a long drive. Staff helpful and efficient. It is positioned at the end of the road leading to the beach and within easy walking distance of the shops.

We were looking for somewhere close to Auckland but not too expensive. This looked OK on websites so we booked. Not disappointed, lived up to expectations. It was a one bed studio, with spa bath. All good, it's on the road side so no beach views and a fair bit of road noise but all acceptable. Clean enough and well...

Functional motel, clean and 2 mins to the beach. 10 min walk to the town ... all that you would expect from a good motel. No breakfast on offer but facilities for making your own. Good for a family holiday too.

Nearly cut my foot on broken tiles in bathroom. Place has gone down hill needs a good clean. These photos are what $250 a night gets you. Drink stains on Wall Dangerously broken tiles Old crumbs in cupboard Public toilet style soap dispensers Would never stay again
