rooms are OK - every room has a nice view of the lagoon - A/C worked & the fridge will keep your beer cold - food in the restaurant is pretty good - no eggs or fish for 3 days while I was there - but that was because of the bad weather - staff are very friendly- strictly only...

The accommodation is basic, but its perfect for divers. Great balcony looking out over the resort & water, good for drying dive gear, swimwear. The food is ok, lots of fried food, but the lobsters are huge & fresh, super yum. Its not a place to have spa treatments, its a place when your not diving, grab a free Kayak...

I was able to read a few reviews before I flew to Chuuk, most concerned with things like dead roaches, and mediocre food. Having lived on Guam for over nine years, I'm used to the tropical scene. Which also means that I know that having roaches doesn't necessarily mean living quarters are 'dirty.' They just appear. As for the mediocre...

Dived with Blue Lagoon again. Great dive shop and crew. Always friendly and helpful. Hotel is basic but well sufficient for divers needs. Meals are basic but cheap and always tasty. Service is always good island style. I will return again soon (been 3 times already).

This is a dive resort for divers. Rooms are nice considering what we drove past on the way here. It seemed to grow on you as the week progressed. If you are a Wreck Diver which I am not (I guess was not) this is the jewel in the crown. Over three dozen wrecks to choose from, a couple air...

Located on the Southern end of the island this resort is about a 1/2 hour drive from the airport. The roads accounted for this since they have swimming pool deep pot holes in them. I was told that Typhoon Maysak came through and exacerbated an already poor infrastructure so expect a slow bumpy ride. The grounds on the resort are...

First of all you need to realise that this is an island where a plane arrives 4 times a week, and if the weather is bad the plane won’t even land. and a cargo ship drops by every now and then. so don’t expect or rate this as a fancy resort in a very develop country. bear in mind that,...

This resort has everything you need. It is clean, the food is excellent, the staff friendly, & there is free Wifi. The wreck museum is super interesting. I had been trying to book via email, and eventually phoned them. They said the typhoon had wiped out their internet... Unsurprisingly there was no record of my planned arrival in the book...

This is not a high end teak and marble resort, but it has very good rooms. They are clean, freshly painted. lots of room. Close to dining and the dive shop. You are not here for spa treatments; you come here to dive, and the diving is sublime. Wall to wall WWII wrecks all within about 45 minutes +/- from...

The dive shop is one of the best equipped ones we have been to, The dive operators are excellent and the place is very well run. The hotel is good. Free WiFi internet works in the lobby area. The food and drinks are not expensive and the staff are very friendly. It is probably the best place to stay if...
