Unfortunately, I keep getting an error message from TripAdvisor when I try to put the email address in the answer. If you haven't done so already, I would suggest calling the Marriott 800 reservations number. They will give you the email address. When I emailed them, the resort was very helpful and prompt in answering my questions before my trip.
You have two options. One make it yourself in the room or call the butler and they will deliver free of charge. We took advantage of being spoiled. Also allowed us to use the in room bottled water later in the day

You are right on the privacy of the over water bungalows. Not so much! Villas 402 to 405 have the most privacy. They face a beautiful large lagoon on back side and in the front of the Villa a cart path is what separates you from the beautiful Lagoonarium. The back of the Villa has a plunge pool that faces the lagoon. Hedges on both sides for privacy. We never wore suits! I have written many reviews on this trip (Bora Bora and Moorea) Let me know if I can help you. Especially Transportation to and fro airport. I was so glad I picked this place.
