It is difficult to describe in words our experience at Ninamu. The five days we spent on the island with the beautiful scenery, comfortable accommodations, gracious staff, delicious food, and daily excursions (which allowed us to check of a number of bucket-list items, including swimming with Manta Rays) far exceeded our expectations (which were high before we left home). As...

If you’ve always wanted to really “get away from it all”, then you can’t do any better than Ninamu. It’s basically Gilligan’s Island, but with a Parisian chef, a well-stocked bar, and a local Tahitian man who will take you by boat to the best snorkeling sites in the lagoon, including the cleaning station for manta rays. Don’t come here...

So after all I made it to Ninamu Resort last week. It was everything I've heard and more, just epic! Beautiful staff, lovely owners , amazing structure and location plus the food was beyond Devine, Cheffie ( Jean Francois ) is the bomb! Everyone was licking the plates literally as the food kept getting better and better each meal thru...

Ninamu is a castaway eco-resort on an atoll cay with handmade bungalows, sea-to-table meals, warm staff and alien nature. It’s beautiful, natural, tiny, quirky, idyllic and really isolated. This review is long (be warned) and overdue as we took our trip at the end of August. We were greeted at Tikehau airport by self-described “crusty Aussie surf-pirate” Mark Coleman filling...

Amazing place, paradise! Perfect for relaxing, enjoy the nature, dive, enjoy aquatic sports and falling asleep with the sound of the ocean and the trees. The owners are lovely and they do the best to make you happy! Furthermore, the food was mental!

I would love to share the details of this private heaven in Polynesia, but I would selfishly hate to spread the word to protect its most attractive characteristics: beauty, privacy, small size, dedicated and super nice staff.

This six bungalow private resort is the only facility on the motu in the Tikehau atoll. The owners have created an incredibly unique setting- this is the most creative and lovely resort I have ever visited and I travel extensively - much in the tropics. Each bungalow is unique. They are all spacious with every detail custom. They used much...

My wife an I spent four nights on Ninamu at the end of September. Simply put, Ninamu is beautiful, fun, relaxing, and unpretentious. As others have said, each bungalow is unique, but each is spacious and comfortable and has a sitting area, bathroom with shower, and a bedroom. Our bedroom was upstairs, and we had a view of the lagoon...

Chris has created a very special place in one of the most beautiful places of earth. Each bungalow is different, designed and build by himself. Food is natural, local, fulfilling and tasty. You can either relax on the beach or go for one of the many activities they will offer you. You will never forget every wake up in this...

I left this place feeling refreshed and relaxed, without a care in the world. The place is what it claims to be, a beautiful eco friendly island which makes you feel like Robinson Crusoe. It is uniquely amazing place. The bungalow we had was the far end one and 10m from the veranda is the beach and the friendly black...
