Lovely place especially if you are into snorkelling - we were in an overwater bungalow and you can see small black tip sharks swimming about. I will agree with some previous reviewers - this hotel is located within a secluded paradise and is an absolutely amazing location for snorkelling , seeing different types of fish and marine life including sharks...

After a disappointing cruise on the Aranui 5, the Tikehau Pearl resort was paradise. Amazing lagoon. Excellent food, very personalised Spa and a lot of privacy. What a treat after french mass tourism on the Aranui....

The only problem was that we needed to leave! Food was yummy. Snorkeling was great - many fish! Dive shop was also great. We enjoyed feeding the fish from our room. Full day tour to bird island with picnic lunch was wonderful. We stayed 5 nights, but it wasn't enough! We plan to visit again! The staff also were attentive...

It's difficult to describe the amazing sensation it was to arrive at this island / atoll / hotel. Breathtaking scenery, the greatest green-transparent lagoon water color, beautiful hotel room and site all around the premisses and the most incredible room view ever. Lots of multi-colored fish, sharks and rays right down the bungalow. Very friendly and helpful reception / help...

If you are looking for a crystal clear water, a remote island and unspoiled marine life, this is the perfect place to be! The snorkeling experience under the Overwater Bungalow is amazing (compared to Hilton Moorea, St. Regis Bora-Bora, and Sheraton Maldives)! You will see hundreds to thousands of fishes under the Overwater Bungalow. The water is not too deep...

Dear Punamo, Mauruuru Roa for your very kind message. Indeed in Tikehau the submarine life is incredible 24 hours a day, we are very happy you enjoyed it. If you would have like extra amenities in room, you should have ask or at the Desk, or at the Housekeeping, or to any other staff. Regarding AC, it is available in...

First and foremost. This is a stunning location. Tikehau ranks as one of the most breathtaking places I have ever been to. It is remote, unspoiled and teeming with wildlife, particularly under the surface of the azure blue water. If you enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving then I heartily recommend adding Tikehau to your list of destinations. Secondly, the people....

Ia Orana Dear hangt3n, Mauruuru Roa for your very nice message. It was a pleasure welcoming you on our motu. The overwater Suites are, with the Beach Bungalows, the most requested categories of the Hotel and we are happy to read you enjoyed staying with us. Kindly note that we are now refreshing our 8 Overwater Suites bungalows (walls and...

A jewel in the paradise with very beautiful islanders. Away from a hectic life you can relax like no other place ... I dream about the wonderful fresh fish and the very humble and friendly Tahiti people . I will come back again and again. Thank you very much for everything.

The beauty of this place is amazing! As is the service! The food is just ok--given it is the only option, it should be top notch! Service at the restaurant is amazing. The spa is pure heaven and the best massage I have had in ages. The snorkeling is ok. The property needs to add paddle boarding. Would add a...

We stayed at this property for 3 nights in an overwater bungalow. As excited as we were to stay, it fell very short of expectations, and we wanted to move hotels after the first night. First, the property is very secluded (on it's private motu), which means that all of your meals will be at the restaurant in the hotel....

Ia Orana Dear Raquel Z. We are very sad to read you did not enjoy staying with us. We confirm this is a remote hotel, on a remote island in the middle of the Pacific, and far from everything, which has also a cost. We are sorry if it seems that you did not choose the right hotel for you,...

We loved Tikehau very much and loved the Pearl Resort. We stayed in a beach bungalow which was fantastic. Clean, good AC, a perfect porch with 2 lounge chairs, right on the calm water.
