This was a fabulous place. The absolute best Princess lodge out of them all! Great rooms, restaurants, a huge deck to view Mt McKinley, which we were lucky to see! The grounds are landscaped with many flower and giant vegetable gardens. They even had fire pits where they had "s'mores" in the evening. I would definitely go back!

This isolated beautiful lodge is a large complex with a great view of Mt. Mckinley. the grounds are well maintained. On-site shuttle service is provided to all the buildings. The main lodge includes two restaurants and gift shop. A shuttle service is provided to Talkeetna, a town an hour away that has TripAdvisor rated restaurants, shops and several sites of...

This was my least favorite lodge of all the Princess lodges. It is an hour away from the closest town of Talkeetna. Our stay here was less than 24 hours here and I would have preferred to have stayed another night at Kenai Princess. The rooms here were smaller and more hotel like. The area is beautiful and we did...

Highly recommend the McKinley Princess Lodge in Denali. Well outfitted rooms, two comfortable queen size beds, delicious food in 3 different restaurants and one coffee/pastry shop. Staff was helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. All in all we loved our stay here and would definitely return.

We stayed for one night as part of our 7 days Alaska trip, the room was spacious & well equipped. Beautiful surroundings, stunning views. Internet only in the main lounge& in the 20320 restaurant, where we had dinner, reasonable standard, nothing special, but you are not going to a lodge for the food. The same goes for the breakfast, hash...

I stayed here as a solo traveler and while the views were gorgeous, I wouldn't go back. This is based on the fact that when you are there you ar extremely isolated and can't actually get to any hiking trails in denali without having to drive. If hiking is not your thing then this is great because it has a...

We got to see the entire mountain for a few hours. We were told that only 30% of tourists see the top of the mountain due to fog and clouds. It was so beautiful it may have increased our satisfaction level with the entire visit. We were on a list for a call if the Northern Lights were visable. Recieved...

We got there May 15, 2015 and literally opened the place up.....the staff was a bit behind in making sure the key cards worked.....but the bar had a deck with a nice view and there was a fire pit where you could buy wine by the glass nearby......it was fun ...but bring mosquito repellant

Impressive decor in the room. Lots of beautiful plants around, occasional bees and birds. Helpful housekeeping staff; few staff at reception desk. An hour shuttle bus ride to town centre(a small one in Talkeetna). Must plan meals in advance ~ just a few eateries in the lodge. 2 small hot tubs, usu crowded, got 1 treadmill nearby. If you are...

Certainly a beautiful view of Mt McKinley but our room was a bit dated and jaded with a TV older than me ( 50+) We waited for over 50 minutes to be seated for dinner....they have a huge problem and are showing no inclination to fix it....the staff were disinterested and management non existent ......it made one angry to be...
