This place is beautiful, nicely decorated with a very large backyard by the lake. There are hammocks by the lake which were nice to chill on. The rooms are spacious and decorated with adorable collectibles. Breakfast was great. She also sells all kinds of charming handicraft. The only slight drawback is that every two rooms share a bathroom. Not a... More

We had awesome and funtabulous experience here. It was right on the private lake, adjoining beautiful landscape and garden. Carol is a wonderful hostess and we wished that we could have stayed more days in this enchanted location. -Kala Somenhalli, PA

My husband and I stopped for a night on our way from Seward to Denali. Carol was very hospitable and her breakfast was amazing... Including blueberry pancakes with a homemade warm berry jam. Those alone would make people want to stay more than one night! The room was clean and cozy. High speed internet was great (better than the big... More

The room was very clean and comfortable. Hostess was friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast dishes. The flower and vegetable gardens around the house are wonderful. It's on a beautiful lake. I suggest one improvement: heavy shades or blackout blinds in our room to keep the very early a.m. sun from waking us.

After a week cruising Alaska's inside passage, my husband and I rented a car and started our journey toward Denali. Our first stop was in Wasilla where we checked into Lake Lucille B & B and met Carol. This was our first experience with a B & B and Carol made us comfortable with our decision right from the start.... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night while traveling from Denali down to Seward. Carol is a fabulous host! The grounds are gorgeous with dock that you can sit on to watch the lake. The room we stayed in were quant and had a private bath and tv. Carol's breakfast could have fed an army! Her home cooked... More

After a week long inside passage cruise north to Seward, we planned to spend an additional 4-5 days exploring inland Alaska. Outside of Anchorage, the lodging options can be a bit sketchy, so we were delighted to find this highly-rated B&B in Wasila. We've never stayed at a B&B before (I'm a Lifetime Marriott Rewards Platinum member and usually redeem... More

The owner was very nice and let me know how to get back in after a certain time at night (check-in before 8pm is required). She provided a very good breakfast the next morning including sausage, egg dish, breakfast casserole, cereals, cinnamon buns, cake/bread with coffee and OJ to drink. Very clean and a great view right on the lake... More

Alaska was on my wife's bucket list and after looking at the reviews, we chose to stay at lake Lucille BnB. This place exceeded our expectations and Carol made our week long stay extremely enjoyable. Our daily trips started with a scrumptious breakfast with a daily change in menu. The blueberry pancakes and fresh rhubarb/raspberry/blueberry sauce was wonderful. If you... More

Very pretty house with lots of handicraft made by the host. Host is so kind that she has kept a room for us even though she has problem with my credit card as security deposit. Lake near her house has beautiful view. Garden is better big for kids to ran around. Room is s very clean.
