After hearing what happened with the Fairfield Inn next door they were more than happy to make things right!!! My new goto hotel in Chandler, AZ Short story we were told that 2 cribs for our twins were reserved for us at the Fairfield. Upon arrival they provided no cribs. Then they still charged us for the night. At the... More

I mostly chose this hotel to try out the sleep number bed. It was HORRIBLE; at least now I know I don't want to buy one! The facility needs refurbishing. They did a half-rate renovation that makes the whole place seem shabby. Way over-priced!

Room was very clean. Great water pressure in the bathroom. Did not use the pool but it looked like people were enjoying it. Lots of... More

I was and am surprised how economical this property and location was. It was at least $75/night less than the Homewood Suites I was staying at. The property is well kept, the rooms are quite nice, the staff is very responsive if anything is needed. They don't have the amenities of some of the other properties in the area by... More

We stayed here for the Lucas Dragboat races Nov 3-7. We are repeat guests and everything is always good. The hotel is clean, has a great location, nice accomodations and amenities. For this stay, I wanted to make special note of Adrienne(sp?) at the front desk as he was overly helpful with some confusion on our final bill at check... More

Rooms are old and need redecorating and maintenance. Our tub was extremely slow draining, and there were odd noises through the night coming from the refrigerator. Bed was OK and pillows comfortable, but we still didn't get good rest because of noise from hallway and what sounded like someone on a treadmill for over an hour at 5:30 am. On... More
