We went here for a few days with friends. It gets booked up quick in the Spring so book online as early as possible. We were in an ok campsite but noted that #'s 17 & 18 looked like the ones to get - they had more space and lots of shade. The area is very nicely laid out with...

My husband and I were glamping around this winter at state park cabins. DHR is great value since you are close to Jerome, cute historic Cottonwood and Clarkdale. Hiking at Red Rock and Sedona is also nearby. We appreciated the heater. There are trails, small man made ponds for bird watching and trail rides available. Newer and more washrooms, with...

I recently joined family members who were camping at DHR. They have trailers which unfortunately were full so I had to make other arrangements. Lucky for me there are cabins at this State Park and one was available. I was very happy with my cabin, it has a full bed,a bunk bed a table with 4 chairs and most importantly...

I've had so many wonderful experiences over the years at DHR, that I hate to make a fuss, but sometimes the other shoe has to drop. During a week's stay from 10-26 to 11-2-16, I had two really horrible nights due to grotesquely noisy neighbors. They were nothing more than thugs, outrageously loud and disgustingly vulgar . . . and...

This was our first time in this campground and it won't be our last. We loved this place. The location is great. Close to Jerome and not too far from Sedona, at least the best part of Sedona which is west of the Y. Other campgrounds in the area are depressing. This campground is clean and well attended by camp...

We rv'd here and it was nice to be away from the chaos of cities and busy national parks. A quiet respite. This park is very clean and the staff is super. Good hiking trails. Convenient to Jerome and Sedona.

We stayed at Quail Loop campground in mid-June for 2 nights. We loved our campsite, and the park itself. It wasn't at all crowded, in fact, almost deserted, which we couldn't understand, because it is just so pleasant. The lagoons/ponds are absolutely beautiful, with large, well-kept lawns with lots of trees for shade. Couldn't give it 5 stars because the...

Nice campground with great views. Water and electric site for $35 a night. A bit expensive but worth it when compared to the other options in town. We stayed in a 37 ft. Motorhome. Staff was helpful. Showers were great.

This was a nice place to stay for our visit to Sedona. It's about 30-40 minutes from downtown Sedona. Did not have sewer hook ups at the site but had a dump station on the way out/in. There is hiking, kayaking (bring your own or rent from in town), and horse back riding in the park. Our site was great,...

we stayed here for the weekend and went to Jerome on the historic home tour which was about 10 miles away. We got one of the pull through sites - not cramped and plenty of room - site was visited by Quail and Rabbits during our stay - its great to watch them out of the RV window. Easy to...
