Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating hotel staff. We were always greeted coming and going and given assistance when ever we asked. Room was quiet, and the internet connection was truly high speed. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Breakfast area was real china plates with actual silverware, not something you normally see in a...

My husband and I stayed at this property on Monday, March 21, 2016. We had just crossed the Border at Nogales, and found the Hotels there over-priced, so we traveled a short distance further to Green Valley, where we found the Comfort Inn. We had a very nice larger room, with comfortable mattress, good Internet connection and updated bathroom. The...

I will never stay at this comfort inn again. The place is old and the hallway carpet is dirty and stained. The bed linens were stained and it smelled like cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room! The price is not worth it! Left here and stayed at the Best Western which is nice & clean!

Stayed one night to visit family. Brought ice cream back from dinner and asked front desk clerk if he was able to store it in freezer for a few hours. He said he didn't have access to a freezer. (We had someone do this for us in another hotel). Later in evening my husband got free coffee and tea in...

Originally booked for 5 days, checked out after second night and rebooked to Canoa resort. Carpet in hallways heavily soiled. No drain stop in sink. No hot water on second morning. Tried calling front desk, I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. Had to get dressed walk to front desk and inform them. Clerk claimed he knew of...

The only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable. However the hallway carpet was disgustingly dirty, the phone was so gross I didn't use it for room-to-room calls, the continental breakfast was from 6AM-9AM and the staff was ready at 10minutes to 9 to close things down. We missed it the the first morning and witnessed guests...

Very clean, nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Plan to use this hotel again. Parking for a semi truck and trailer was available. Within walking distance of restaurants and some shopping. Price was very reasonable.

This was the only Hotel that we made reservations for in our trip. We got in a little early, about 1:10 and were told the rooms were not ready. We had to come back after 2 PM. When I made reservations they said there was a $15.00 pet fee. When we got there they wanted to charge us $25.00 for...

The hotel did not provide the advertised rates even with a discount. The exit door at the back of the hotel was never locked. The pet policy is outrageous compared to Days Inn ($7) and LaQuinta (free). We disclosed that we needed to pay the pet fee. What we did didn't understand was that the fee was $25 per night...

This Comfort Inn at $85 per night is a pretty good deal. It was just eight dollars more than our Quality Inn at Flagstaff but definitely a better quality experience. The building is pretty new but the carpeting looks worn. Our room was spacious and included a fridge and a microwave. There is a nice pool. The breakfast was pretty...

“When I was there, I preferred the first floor as it was close to exit, pool and work out room. Main access to second floor is a single slow elavator. Only two story though so not a big issue. You can use stairs too. No rooms are close to any noisy area.”
