    From add, I thought we were getting a deck out a back door. This is clearly not the case. asked for different room and was told - thats what you got, can't do anything about it. Room was great. No phone for wake up call....More

    Our room was really fine. We were in the motel towards the back of the property but we received Wi-Fi in our room. The maid entered our room at 8:00 without so much as a knock, just walked on in. No "Do Not Disturb" signs...More

    We greatly enjoyed our two nights at Jacob Lake Inn. We stayed in the hotel/motel part of the Inn rather than the cabins. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant/diner was very convenient with delicious food. The only complaint I had was with...More

    The hotel was good and clean. Friendly personel and a good restaurant inside. The shops are convenient and nice. The pie's at the bar were delicious!

    There are screens on the cabin windows and I would recommend cabin 28 or 29 for privacy and seclusion.
