The staff was friendly and very helpful. But I think rooms need to be improved as well. Bar fridge, microwave and flat screen TV will make an improvement. Room Improvement, Room Improvement,Room Improvement,

Not only is your establishment unorganised poorly run, maintained and managed, you even got my name wrong on your emai. So, either its the wrong person with the right email or the wrong email with the right person. But I suppose you dont really care. Dirty room on arrival. Room service was terrible. Room was not maintained. Dirty staircase. Noisy.... More

I had a great time staying at the Hotel but the only problem was the bad smell in the toilet, I don't know if it was the drains. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come and visit again.

I am indeed short of words to express my sincere gratitude to ALL the staff members of this beautiful hotel with its stunning and most comfortable, clean rooms. It’s difficult to single out an individual for his/her excellence, so let me... More

As an asthmatic, I had difficulty to sleep because of the carpet that was smelling damp and to make matters worse, the hotel staff refused to allow me change the room. This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

The team is very accomodating to the needs of others, they are keen to assist with anything which you need, and go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable. They arranged special meals for me with a smile, and ensured that everything was done to... More

My stay at the Premier Hotel in East London was very comfortable.Definetly accommodation that is cheap and well worth every cent. The only sugestion i can give is maybe having a smoking section in the Hotel as leaving your room and having to stand on the street is not very nice :)
