We stayed in Gazena, which is a self-contained unit providing comfortable accommodation for two people. Ensuite shower, toilet and sink unit. A worktop oven/grill/two hot plates and micro-wave allow for self-catering. A fridge/kettle/teapot and sink unit complete the kitchenette. Limited utensils are provided. We took our own garlic crusher based on experience. There's adequate storage space, a dining table and...

It's a good choice to stay. This place is nice, quiet, cozy and you can relax after day long car drive. Clean, comfortable room with a kitchen. Hosts are very kind. We hope back there again. Stay in November 2014

We stopped overnight at Masescha Lodge, and were excited to see our accommodation, set in such beautiful countryside. Quiet, peaceful, very clean and extremely comfortable with great views of the nearby trees and gardens. We enjoyed a blazing fire in the fireplace; the kitchen was well equipped; rooms were suitably furnished and cosy and the owner very friendly. Still hoping...

We took a chance with this stay, and what a pleasant surprise. We stayed in the Gazania Garden Room. With a top quality bed, clean bedding, kitchen and bathroom, we needed nothing more to enjoy our stay. It was no problem for us to come “home” after a day of exploring. Where Jasper is waiting with a wagging tail and...

we stayed for 2 nights whilst travelling along the Garden route and found it ideal to explore the area and close to the Harkerville forest for a lovely run. the room was very clean with some thoughtful touches like a blackboard with a personal welcome message . good range of catering equipment to cook and braai. basically everything we need...

Just another case of renters never spending a night in the same room that they're renting out; to experience the overpowering smell of Doom / Raid in the cupboards, mould and mildew growing on the (extremely low) ceiling, disgustingly dirty main and lace curtains; and since when does synthetic milk make for a good cup of coffee? Uggh!

Bryan we take all feedback seriously but am somewhat perplexed by your comments. We do stay in each unit twice a year once in Summer and once in Winter to look at bed comfort, house keeping standards, equipment, maintenance issues and treat it as a mini holiday so I am not quite sure where your information came from. When you...

Unfortunately we stayed only one night in a cosy and familiar cottage (Winnie the Pooh's house as they call it). Beautiful place, very calm and quiet, perfect for some relax. Perfect also for children as there is a playground for them. In the cottage we found some toys for the 2 kids which were on holiday with us. Ray and...

We were greeted and welcomed Libo, who went through where everything was and how things worked, she took exceedingly good care of us for the duration of our stay. The location is very quiet and tranquil with very well equipped cottages but if you need anything Plett is only a short drive away. The cottages offer extremely good value for...

Stayed here overnight and visited the Knysna Elephant Park (only 10mins away) the next morning. Property has an almost fairy garden quality to it hidden back in the woods. The owner was very kind and accommodating. Very nice bedroom with self-help setup (fridge, microwave, hot plate, dishes). Only down side was the unlit (arrived after dark) dirt road leading up...
