I was placed at the Anasazi by my company while traveling for work. The place is absolutely a pit. There was a huge fire ant mound in front of my porch that I had to jump daily to get in. The porch was falling to pieces with entire segments of the wall missing. Stray dogs over run the place, I...

We stayed here in 2008 and couldn't wait to get back. Although the rooms are spartan and certainly not cheap, it's probably my favorite hotel in the world. The view is amazing, the staff friendly, and the feeling of peace overwhelming. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day and serves simple, good meals. You'll feel like you're in a...

worst hotel experience ever. After this stay we got way more picky on motels; and decided to ask to see rooms before making reservations. We had nice motels for 40 dollars. This one cost us 100 dollars and it was a hell. The room smelled like it had never been cleaned before. My girlfriend could not sleep due to this...

Were coming from Monument Valley; hotels were full there, and in Kayenta. It was getting late and we say Anasazi Inn on our way. The room was over $100. The room was stinky and there was trash in trashcans. They offered us another room, which was better, at least looked cleaner and didn't stink But there were stains on chairs...

Nowadays, it is common for people to expect the Ritz when staying at any motel. I found this motel to be very quaint, clean, and it took me back to the days when we stayed at "ma and pa" establishments, where we were satisfied to have a warm bed to sleep in. The meals at the cafe were modestly priced...

Ok, so it's not the Ritz, but it's a good value with owners and employees who are caring. The diner was good, our waitress Rebecca was so sweet, we wanted to adopt her! The view of the canyon was awesome.

Kayenta city, the door to the Monument Valley, has only 3 hotels and they're always fully booked by pullmans and groups. So the only chance to find a room is travelling 10 miles west and pay over 110$ for a double room into a hostel-like building in the middle of nowhere. Clean but noisy room, it has tv and hair-dryer....

We saw the negative reviews of the Anasazi Inn at Tsegi and were apprehensive but decided to stay one night and move if necessary. We were pleasantly surprised to find the accomadations (rooms 15 and 16) just fine. There was no off smell in the rooms, no musty odors, certainly no signs of insects or any non-paying animal guests. The...
