I stayed at Blu Trea Bed and Breakfast while visiting Johannesburg early January 2017 and what a delightful experience it was. The room are well set up and equipped to accommodate both the business and leisure traveller. Ample space, lovely décor and quality linen and finishes were enjoyed. Continental breakfast was served to my room daily where I could enjoy...

What a lovely haven I found in Joburg, so central to all my business needs & so tranquil when winding down in the afternoon. Five star quality, service, comfort & host! My new favourite accommodation spot in Jozi!

I spent a week at Blu Trea while having some renovations done to my house. This is an absolute gem amongst B & Bs. The room was lovely, stylishly and artistically decorated, with superfast Wifi and an awesome homely feel. The breakfast was divine and the host, Natasha, was very accommodating of all my requests and friendly, without intruding on...

We stayed here for a hockey tournament and was well looked after with great rooms which were warm in the winter and a hearty breakfast to look forward to in the mornings. Natasja was a great host to us and was able to change the breakfast times to suite our needs.

I have to say that it was my first time in SA and especially Joburg. But as soon I arrived, Natasha the owner welcomed me so warm-hearted and lovely and she gave me a full list what to do in Town. The rooms so clean and I loved the details around the whole area. It's really special and it made...

A lovely, peaceful oasis in Melville, which is a great area in Joburg. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with everything one would need. The service was excellent, owner so friendly and accommodating (she allowed my colleague to check out a little later than usual, without an issue). And the breakfast was excellent - something for everyone! I love the...

It was a better experience than I'd come to expect, the hostess Natasha alone made the experience seamless & rather homely. I'd recommend any traveller to check in. I honestly could not have asked for a better stay given all that I had to deal with during my time at the guesthouse but I found it to be a home...

The Blu Trea was our first experience in South Africa. It was close to midnight when we arrived and Natasja was waiting for us. We were parched and dying for a couple of beers. It is not sold at the Blu Trea but Natasja brought us some from her personal supply. How wonderful was that! Breakfast was delicious and the...

As a first time guest of Blu Trea, I was pleasantly surprised at the welcome I received. I booked the Superior room which was spacious, homely and elegantly decorated. The host and staff are helpful, friendly and present, whilst also respecting the privacy of their guests. Breakfast is hearty and hot meals are freshly prepared for each individual guest. The...
