Polite, attentive and well trained staff. Beautifully allocated rooms and lovely gardens to walk about. It is a large hotel but at no time do you feel that its busy. Even at breakfast one feels the space and serenity. Breakfast served is really delicious and has so much to offer. Wish we had stayed here longer but 2 nights was...

I stayed at the Vineyard Hotel 11 years ago with one daughter and this time when coming to Cape Town this month to attend her oldest friend's wedding (and spending time with her wonderful family with whom we became close friends) we did not even consider staying anywhere else. The combination of lovely building, beautiful view of Table Mountain, gorgeous...

After having had a light lunch on their beautiful terrace (no reservations, first come first serve), we enjoyed wandering around the estate and admire the beautiful surroundings with Table Mountain as a back drop. Definitely a place you'd want spend some time.

Greeted by courteous and enthusiastic staff. Well appointed suite on the third floor corner with stunning views of the mountain. Was in town for a meeting and the Sevens tournament. Walking distance to Cavendish Square mall. The area is residential and wonderfully peaceful. Some rooms face inward to the gardens and some directly at the mountain. Room service was good...

All i can say is Triple A to everything for this establishment... so convenient, quiet, warm place and the views made me fall in love with cape town on another level. Very classy and the breakfast buffet was everything. The team at the indoor bar was very cool and accomodating despite our late night drinks.... The valet and reception team...

We first stayed at The Vineyard Hotel & Spa 3 years ago and were happy to give a positive review back then. Having just come back from another two week vacation, I am delighted to say that the Hotel is even better than before. The check-in process was very slick, even though we were earlier than the official check-in time....

We have visited the Vineyard on many occasions previously and I am sad to report that the service has deteriorated . We have previously had wonderful stays at the Vineyard.Poor service outside for breakfast and poor weak coffee. The exception was Nelson who gave us excellent service. The main issue with our most recent visit was the "poisoned chalice "of...
