For the past 5 years our group of ladies visited Isiphiwo spa for a weekend with spa treatments on Friday as well as Saturday. Every year the spa treatments were of the highest standard with privacy and relaxation guaranteed! This year there were a few things that were not quite as perfect on the accommodation side as well as our...

Dear Nona, Thank you so much for your feedback, we always appreciate it. Regarding your meal Saturday evening, we had a meeting with our chef that was on duty and he will never forget the poppadoms with the lamb curry again. I also had a meeting with my receptionist and there will not be any miscommunication between the two departments...

I attended an evening event (a friend's birthday party) and the venue was at Isiphiwo Botique hotel! Everything worked like clockwork! The food was tasty, served on time, the serving staff was visible and the venue was beautifully dressed up!

This place is quite stunning but I am not sure if they understand what customer service is. We went for a hald day Spa this weekend, the 4 of us all choose the Voyager package but I was dissapointed to learn that we all did not get the same experience. We arrived early, and had coffee by the Patio. We...

Waiters and waitresses were very efficient and food were served on time and the quality was remarkable. 350 guests ate to their satisfaction and everybody is still raving about the venue. Keep up the good work guys.

I will pass on these compliments to my Team. Once again thank you very much and I hope we see you again in the future for a little break-away...

I was so very disappointed with this stay that was booked because a close family friend had a wedding at the venue. I must say the wedding catering and venue was very good, but the over night stay was awful. The hotel promotes it'self as 5* but admit the accommodation is 4*. However my room had no aircon, an extremely...

We visited Isiphiwo on the 25th July for our 20th anniversary celebrations. This included spa treatments as well as a one night stay over. It was amazing, the staff are extremely professional and friendly. The accommodation was really good and the food exemplary. They went out of their way to accommodate our banting diet requirements as well.

Three of us enjoyed a day of celebration at the spa. The venue is hidden away in the bushveld amongst well planned buildings to compliment nature. The personal and therapists were professional and made us feel at home right away. We enjoyed a scrumptious lunch followed by a soak in the jacuzzi. We were pampered and spoilt like royalty. However...

This is a very popular wedding venue and we attended friend’s wedding and decided to make a weekend out of the occasion so we booked the hotel room as well. We loved the room, very small but cozy and stunning bathroom with huge bath and solid supplies of baths salts as well as separate shower. Beautiful gardens and excellent breakfast.

“Most rooms are luxurious as you will see on the website so opt for those rather than the four rooms to the left of the reception which are not nearly as spacious or private and has no airconditioning. You don't see these rooms on their website though.”
