My room, 114, had several problems. The front door appeared to have been kicked in recently and was not repaired. When I closed the door, the window next to it swung open on its own. The latch was broken and took me 10 minutes to fix it and secure the window. Even though I had requested a smoke free room,...

Perfectly fine motel for the price. Clean rooms, safe parking, microwave and mini fridge in room. Also a table and chairs in the room, which was nice for a game of Pinochle. Wifi was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

Well in earlier reviews I have done about the standard of motels we have stayed in since returning to vacation here on the west coast, this one certainly bucks the trend. What a lovely pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were very clean and it was a delight in taking a shower as the bathrooms were spotless. Enjoyed our stay...

The same family has managed this hotel for 25 years and take great pride in keeping it clean and comfortable. They succeed. For me, I loved the full-tiled shower (no plastic) and the desk nook--no plug from a time people sat and wrote letters home. It was built in 1958 during the heyday of Rte 66. A memorable stay and...

We arrived to Kingman really late and we booked this place by booking.com. Reception is available 24/7 so older and quite unpleasant woman accomodated us. Motel looks really old with its best time gone. Bed was too soft and water flowed barely. Overall motel is OK for one night, really not place to stay for longer period.

I stayed here without booking in advance and it was great! I loved the mom-and-pop style business. The motel is very old, but it is on Route 66 so great if you like nostalgia :) they even still have keys, not plastic key cards. The Queen bed was comfy, and the room was very clean. There was a newer LCD...

In the room it stinks and also the bedding hasn't got too good smell. Air conditioning without blower regulation + very loud (couldn't sleep all night although beds were quite comfy). Rooms are quite small as for 4 people with luggage. We were totally disappointed after so good reviews. For this price there are much better motels.

This was a cool little mom & pop hotel on Route 66. The hotel was clean but had outdated décor, A pool that had been filled in with dirt. It was a good experience if you need somewhere to sleep and shower along your route,

This place was a great nights sleep for a great value. The staff were nice and the room was clean. Looking at some of the reviews I was surprised to see people rating so harshly. For a cheap motel this place was quiet, clean, and comfortable. You can't ask for anything else.

“If the wirless gear wasn't replaced by now, ask for a room near the front dest office. If you're sensitive to noises during the night, the passing trains nearby might be your nightmare, if you don't have earplugs... (isn't it the place where people would have blown the tracks in the good 'ol days of the Wild Wild West...?)”
