On our arrival, tired and late in the evening, we received a warm welcome by our hosts with a delicious cappuccino and air conditioners already on. Small gestures that makes all the difference. We appreciated the great views, the facilities at the guest house, the spacious squeaky-clean rooms, the friendly staff and excellent food. We will definitely visit again !!!

Lovely guest house with great views, great food and great hosts! Our room was a good size, very light and clean. Nothing was very far away so we were able to explore Durban easily. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Palm Gardens on my way to and from Mozambique. I stayed in two different rooms, and both were spacious, modern and homely. Staff were so lovely and very accommodating! Also views were incredible! I would 100% stay here again.

My experience at Palm Gardens was a delightful one. All I needed was a room and a bed to drop my things off so I can go and enjoy all that Durban has to offer. But what I experienced at Palm Gardens was a home away from home, beautiful views, secure parking and great friendly service. Which is everything I...

They were able to accommodate us checking in slightly earlier than check in time because of our early flight. Thanks Michelle. The grounds are great and well taken care off. Fadzai's breakfast was great and needed...

Neat spacious rooms with a pub close by to have a drink and eat something after work. Have a beautiful view of the ocean although at distance - enjoy the view when having breakfast. A must for Durban is aircon and all rooms have fully functioning aircon.

We stayed at Palm Gardens Guesthouse for two nights in May. We were in Durban for the Comrades race. We were met by someone who identified herself as the manager. When we made special requests for breakfast, we were told the guesthouse was on the Banting diet. This was not indicated on their website. We asked if we could buy...
