This establishment is a total knockout from the entrance, reception area, to your room! The staff are well trained and well mannered. There is such a warm reception in the restaurant, just as if the staff were waiting just for you. The General Manager is very hands-on, servant leader! I frequent the hotel often and receive a personal message from...

I spent two nights, and it is an average hotel. The room was not nice at all, and the bathroom was horrific. The bath tub was quite small and the bathroom itself small as well. I asked for Iron and Ironing board and had to wait for 30 minutes as they have a limited number of these. This was quite...

Staff were very helpful. went the extra mile for planet fitness gym visits. Unfortunately has a slight stench coming from river that runs alongside. very polluted. Possibly the municipality at fault along with irresponsible communities upriver. Overall good stay with meals really good and they changed up the menu every day.

Staying at this quaint hotel was refreshing. Its close proximity to Centurion mall provides a variety of food and shopping activities for guests. The staff are wonderful, and the rates fair. The suites are well furnished and clean. Wonderful for those looking for fun as well as relaxation.

For a business trip in Centurion, the Protea Hotel is well located and well managed. Our schedule was enhanced by its convenient location to main roads and to office premises in this growing area. Car parking and accommodation options were good.

For a big hotel with 350 rooms and only 4 lifts of which only one is serviceable, this sucks!! Going down to breakfast this morning took about 30 minutes on both up and down trips. The furniture in the rooms are worn. There is no USB plug or adapter for your stuff......I thought these days this is a given! The...

The check in process took 30 minutes because there was only person doing check ins , whilst the other staff just stood there and did nothing. The room was fine, and comfortable but there was a strong smell from the lake. I will not be returning

I stay at this hotel regularly on business trips. Visited the hotel in September 2016. Always very welcoming and you are welcomed by name. The only grip I have is the selection of food that does not cater for all religious groups, not too sensitive to all peoples needs. further more very convenient, clean and what my highlight is to...

The hotel was very comfortable. But what was exceptional was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They made the stay so enjoyable. As for the food, it was simply amazing. It turned out that the chef was only 24 years old and actually celebrated his birthday when my wife and I were there. The food he produced would have...
