Stunning position along the river with a man made water hole which brought loads of animals throughout the day. Highlight was having breakfast watching a heard of ellie drinking and cooling themselves down. Game drives were awesome and saw the most if ever seen on any previous game drive. Thanks to our experienced ranger, Rolf and his lucky hat. He...

Getting up at 5AM has never been so exciting. The day begins with a safari around the concession. No private vehicles allowed, so the animal viewing is superb. Our guide Steefan was beyond fantastic! The wealth of knowledge he provided was such a great educational experience. I learned more taking the safari than I ever would have reading a book...

Best place I've ever stayed! Safari game drives were excellent! The entire staff was accommodating. It was small enough that you receive personal service. Also, you are not running into 12 other safari vehicles on the road as it happened to me in Chobe. It was private! I saw an array of animals (a leopard every night!). The lodging itself...

Hamiltons never disappoints. We will definitely return in 2016! The food is of an excellent standard, and the staff constantly go out of their way to assist as best as they can. Great value for money!

Based on Trip Advisor reviewer recommendations we decided to split our time in Kruger between private and park lodging. We stayed first at Skukuza restcamp and then at Imbali. Unfortunately, we chose Imbali based on the fact that Google Maps mistakenly told us it was only 10 minutes from Skukuza airport (note: it is about 2+ hours from Skukuza airport)....

We had a fantastic stay at Imbali Safari Lodge last week. The accommodations are excellent. Rooms have private pool and deck with a view of jungle. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are big. There are spa options that are coordinated and occur at your room if you like. The dining area views a water hole where there is constant animals activity....
