We were not able to get in to the main lodge as it was fully booked, but instead managed to get a room at the smaller Fitzpatricks at Jocks, which is a 3 room lodge about a mile from the main lodge. There is a spa and bar at the main lodge, but you have to get a lift there...

We have stayed twice 3 years apart and both times we have had an incredible time - we thought we would never match the game viewing of our first trip but we were wrong - our second trip was equally as good if not better with the Big 5 every day! The guides and staff are amazing and really make...

From the moment we were greeted at airport by Jacob, to the moment we left everything was amazing. Our lodge, the staff, food, safaris out into the bush, everything! Could not fault it! Would recommend it 100%. We saw every animal except water buffalo, but the lions and cheetah made up for it.

It's the only 5 star lodge in Kruger, and I'm not surprised at all. Everything from the staff, service and most importantly, the rangers and game drives is exquisite. Our ranger was named Patrick. We were very keen on seeing lions, and he showed us over 10 lions over the course of 4 game drives. He also made sure to...

Jock Safari Lodge is the only 5 star Lodge in Kruger and deservedly so. It is situated in the south of Kruger National Park and we reached it by flying in to Skukuza Airport. Suritha our ranger met us at the airport and was our guide for our 5 night stay. She conducted our morning and afternoon/evening safaris and joined...

Spent three days at the jock Safari Lodge and was very impressed with the entire facility. The private rooms are excellent, and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful through the entire stay. Our guys, Lazarus, was excellent and made the trip even more fulfilling. The meals were excellent and the evening dinners completed, busy, but exciting...

... the rest on day 2 - cheetah, monkeys, jackals, monitors, tortoise, terrapin, chameleon... all there (plus many more). The lodge is very cool, big rooms, private plunge pools, great and friendly staff. Everything worked out just fine! One thing I would love to mention is the absolute professionalism everyone displays- we had Jan as a ranger and he was...

We loved our room and in particular having air-conditioning helped in the heat of summer in the Kruger. Very comfy and the room was clean and we loved the design and layout. The service from the staff in the camp was superb and being met by the manager, Louis, on our arrival was special. Our specialist guide, Estiaan, was incredible...

We saw the Big 5 plus many other animals while we were at Jock. Our ranger was brilliant at explained all about the animals we found. The room was clean and comfortable with brilliant views of the animals as they wandered past. The food was varied and the hospitality by all the staff was faultless. If we return to Kruger...
