One of the nicest camps in the KNP. Fantastic views from the camp across the Olifants river. The call of the fish eagle always present and good photography is on call all the time. Did not use the restaurant but was obvious by the number of clients daily that something is okay. Service, staff friendly and efficient makes for a...

The Mugg & Bean signs are still up outside the restaurant area so one is led to believe they are still operating inside the restaurant. Only once handed the menu did we realise the ownership of the restaurant had changed. The food served by the new ownership was too awful, the service was bad and the attitude of the staff...

We reached Olifants Camp in time for lunch. It used to be subcontracted to a group in SA, but that has changed. We waited 30 mins to give our drink order. After another 30 mins it hadn't even been given in. The tables were full of guests waiting to be served. The service was a disgrace. We went to the...

Although we only saw a few animals on the river during our 2 night stay, the views from Olifants Rest Camp were amazing. Plus it was the ideal location for self drives to Letaba and Mopani camps. The accommodation was basic but what you would expect and was part of the overall Kruger experience. Cooking utensils were supplied so we...

One is in awe when approaching this Camp and the shear beauty of its surroundings takes your breath away. Greeted by friendly staff at reception and was checked in quickly. Bungalow is in desperate need of an upgrade, from the beds to the bathroom - looking very tired indeed. Our meal in the restaurant was average.

Every visit to Kruger National Park is a wonderful experience, and staying at Olifants Camp just add to the level of enjoyment. Where else can you view a herd of elephant making their way to the river to bath or drink water while you are busy 'braaing' a few lamb chops on the barbecue? Sheer pleasure! The rondavels are clean,...

We stayed for three nights at the Lebombo guesthouse. This guest house was designed for corporate stays, and the four bedrooms are separate to the living area so difficult for families with children. Although the view over the river is spectacular, One is really too far to see any animals. The guest house was clean, but the constant smell of...

Stayed at Olifants from the 11/02 to 14/02. The room was well maintained and well serviced. The camp is well maintained, the staff was friendly but could be more helpful. The shop and restaurant is worth visiting and the food quality is good. I will visit the camp again I did go on a Night drive and enjoyed the experience...

We had a night here after we first slept in Lower Sabie. This camp is run by the same. The cabins here, unlike Lower Sabie, all had their own toilet and shower. For the rest they look very close together. This camp is a little higher on a hill and the view of the river is really beautiful! The restaurant...

Location was great and amenities were nice. We would totally stay here again. The rondavels are the way to go. Great safari trips out of the rest camp too. Lots of wildlife sightings in the river while eating dinner.

Guests that visit Olifants will be exposed to an unforgettable window of Africa. The camp is situated a top a hill which towers several hundred feet over the Olifants river.
