We would like to thank the staff and owner (Dagmar) for the lovely 2 night stay over at your camp. beautiful, warm and nature at its best. We would have liked to have seen more of your facilities but time was limited. Situated close to Numbi gate makes it great to go to the Kruger for a day. Recommended for...

In December 2010, i went on a 25 day trip around SA and surrounding countries, this was our first stop over and we were there for 2 nights whilst enjoying Kruger Park. One of the most beautiful campsites i have ever stayed at, a lovely rock pool at the bottom of the hill and amazing views all the way around....

In spite of rain, we absolutely loved this gem!! Art, nature, hospitality, service---the complete package. We had so much to do on the days we were not site seeing, fishing, rock pools or just relaxing under the gorgeous boma with a bonfire!! We used this as our base camp to explore the area and our choice could not have been...

I am absolutely in love with the Bush Camp! Already planning our next trip with our friend. Love the artistic look of the camp and it is sooooo tranquil. STUNNING! and seeing us soon! The hostess, Dagmar Krause, really made us feel welcome and attented to all our needs. It was nice to just unwind next to the fires and...

We stayed here for only one night as part of our safari in Kruger. The place is BEAUTIFUL! The owner Dagmar is friendly and fun. I just loved all the small details and artistic decorations, many made of recycled materials and scraps! The showers were a real work of art too. It was wonderful to have a meal under the...

For what Nkwathle Bush Camp offers, I enjoyed the simplicity and yet the keen attention to detail in the layout and feel of the bush camp. The facilities are neat and well kept and the hospitality and added personal attention from Dagmar and her staff made the experience extra special and memorable.

We were very happy to have found this campsite in the internet, because it made our trip! This camp is located close to Hazyview and there are 3 gates to Kruger National Park located nearby. The closest one is Phabeni Gate, about 15km away. Nkwathle is a very special place that is creatively decorated. It is located in the bush,...

We camped here the first two nights of our Acacia Africa truck trip and were pleasantly surprised with this new camp. It has only been open about 12 months but the owners are very experienced in hospitality. It has a pretty outlook amongst avocado and banana plantations and is very quiet. The camp area is well laid out over several...
