A beautiful place. The unit has everything you need for a very comfortable, home away from home stay. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, even though we did not get the opportunity to meet. Emails are responded to without any delay. The grounds are immaculate. The amenities are fantastic. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Dear Charmaine Thank you for the lovely review regarding both the experience with booking the private house and the resort grounds, facilities and staff.

The lodge is situated in a perfect location, not far from Panorama route, not far from Kruger National Park. Close to shopping complex and other Mpumalanga beautiful attraction. The house was clean and well accommodated. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Very friendly reception staff. One problem- restaurant. The service is very bad, there was only two waiters...

A truly lovely setting for a holiday. Chalets are comfortable, with air conditioning and a fully fitted kitchen with stove, washing machine, firdge and microwave. The scenery is fantastic with Impala roaming freely and hippos at the nearby river. Highly recommended.

The service at the lodge is poor. the rooms at a glance clean but the lamps have a build up of dust and spider webs. the cups and mugs are not properly kept clean. I have stayed at this resort and my opinion is that it is not worth a 4 star rating. It lacks adequate facilities e.g. gym, sauna, kiddies play room Not enough swimming pools for the number of chalets The outside lighting is non existent for chalets 200 to 230 I hired a private apartment that was filled with spider webs...

Excellent place to stay and within a short distance of Kruger National Park. The Lodge are very big and the rooms are huge. The restaurant is very good, and I forget the name of the lady that looked after 14 vegetarians, vegan and Jain, visitors, she was brilliant. Even did the little extras for the morning breakfast boxes for Kruger...

I am also one of those who have frequented the place regularly in the past. The service and standard keeps going down. The restaurant food is the worst, the waiters are useless and the restrictions and issues around the pool are laughable. Every year gets worse and it is really not worth its present hospitality rating.

Been coming to the lodge on timeshare for more than a decade. Not impressed with waiter service around the pool area. Took more than 30min for a toasted sandwich. Waitress does not check sauce levels. Sauce bottles were empty. Pool was dirty the whole week we were there. Not enough pool lounges and umbrellas. The children's entertainment was absolutely pathetic....
