Beautiful place with a breath-taking veranda view and food execellent. The room n.2 is too close to the reception and so is quite noisy in the morning and the bathroom needs some impruvements. The Elephant suite, where we stayed one night, was verry nice.

Our second time round. Renevated wing is fabulous. Staff are very helpful, friendly and flexible. Missed having Sugar around ..Food was great for the men but could be more varied for ladies not eating game and duck. Thank you all.

I am pleased that you enjoyed the renovations that we have done and found the food great. I would just like to point out that there are always options on our menu and if none of those are to your liking we are more than happy to prepare something else. Yours, Colin

Lodge fro the begining of the 80-eiths, never restored after that. Dirty pool. Rude manager. Medioker food. Only four sunbeds to 34 guests? Bathrooms in very bad shape. When you think about the price for the rooms per night it auth to be much better.

Perfect Service!! Friendly and helpful staff!! Breakfast perfect (Fruit salad mmmhh)! Optimal Situation to the Golf Course and the Kruger Nationalpark. For the pool accomodations I would like to have more sunbeds.

My brother and I stayed while playing golf at Leopard Creek. The location was phenomenal and the staff were superb. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and I would highly recommend Buhala Lodge!

When we first arrived at Buhala, I was somewhat disconcerted as we turned off the road onto a dirt track, through a fruit farm. However my fears dissipated when we settled into the Lodge. We were in a balcony river room, an absolute must for game spotting. Every morning our first priority was to peer through our binoculars across the...

I was part of the family (mother in law!) that travelled with Steve B! We had heard so much about it from him and my daughter and were delighted to go with them this trip. It certainly did not disappoint. Stunning location .. Big 4 from the balcony! It doesn't get much better than that... apart from seeing the 5th,...

I'll keep this brief. This was our third visit to Buhala and our second in 15 months and it remains our favourite place to visit in the world. Six days is simply not enough to enjoy this wonderful, peaceful lodge with its stunning views, great food and attentive staff. We even managed to see four of the Big Five from...

A great location with fantastic views, very good food and service plus the opportunity for safaris into the Kruger with Pat, a very knowledgeable ranger and guide. An added bonus is the close proximity of Leopard Creek golf course with its outstanding course, par 3 and practice facilities. The staff were very hospitable, customer focussed and friendly particularly Walter, Marlene,...

I had a room on the first floor facing the entrance. The room was big and airy with a very nice bathroom with tub and shower facilities. The bed was good with a mattress and pillows that suited me well. The lodge has a lovely view from the big terrace where you can sit and enjoy a drink or have...
