Lalapanzi Guest House is simple but good. But the staff/owners made our stay unforgettable. We arrived on the 1st of January (when all restaurants are closed), but could join in the braai that the owners organized for their guests. Such a nice gesture! They also booked all our activities for us. We felt very welcome and would definitely stay again.

Great stay at Lalapanzi! Friendly and helpful staff, hostesses always making sure we're well looked after. Special breakfast on Christmas morning, breakfast packs every day, and food for the road - we really appreciated this! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We were dreaming about a turtle experience and they made it possible! They help us finding the right day and also the right tour company, trying to find best options even during a normal short week end! And also rooms are clean and big and breakfast is nice!

We loved the hospitality from the Staff. Everything was perfect. 10/10 would do it again. Our room was spacious and air conditioned, we had a lovely terrace, and the garden at the back will take your breath away!

We would just like to use this opportunity to say thank you once again to Madame Leslie and Mrs Isolda who made our stay in this wonderful, wonderful guesthouse a perfect experience. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished and had a "soul" to it, as does the whole place. The breakfasts are an experince in itself. Isolda was always there...

Our family of five stayed at Lalapanzi for 15 days during our annual holiday. The guest house is very neat and the beautiful garden and surroundings ensured that we were always relaxed. Breakfast is superb and served with a view over the back garden with a view into the forest. We saw monkeys, red duiker and bushbuck almost every day....

this was the 4th time we have stayed with Marie-Helene at Lalapanzi. I think that says a great deal. The staff are wonderful, the food is excellent. Their own Skaap wine adds to every meal. Charlie (the dog) is now adding to the charm of the place by taking people on walks of his own devising. We always arrive frazzled...
