Fantastic and friendly and they all go the extra mile from changing my room to a pool view and food Devine. Stunning hotel but old decor. Our room was lovely and comfortable. All facilities were great and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the meal prepared for dinner was tasty and enjoyable. Restaurant manager went out of his way to ensure our table was moved close to pool view when we asked. We stayed here for two nights and each day...

Thank you for your review All hotel rooms are non-smoking, however we have found that for non-smokers it is better to keep sliding doors to the garden closed when there are smokers outside. The Posturepedic beds have a firm design, preferred by most, although there are rooms available with a softer mattress that could be made available on request. Due...

Stayed two nights. You would think getting clean towels (the towels are very small and thin) and...for goodness sake...toilet paper would be routine but here they are apparently difficult requests. There is air conditioning. It works off a remote, which was held together with masking tape and only worked when you jiggled it around. It required AA batteries but they...

Thank you for your review. The Hotel supply Glodina hand and bath towels and two ply toilet paper to guests. It is surprising that during your stay that you did not notice the refurbishment program that is on the go. The refurbishment started in August 2016 and completion date is planned for February 2017. Althought the hotel was ok, the best experience in St Lucia is because of the guide Matthew Morris. Because of his commitment during the tours I've did with him, I know so much more about the agroculture in St Lucia. I've seen a lot of animals and he was able to answer all my questions about them! If you are...

The room and facilities were good, the breakfast was average from what you can expect in South Africa. Most of the staff was very kind. We also went on safaritrips. Although we didn't have the chance to see all the animals, the guide (Matthew Morris) was very capable and could answer a lot of questions! He went above and beyond...
