This hotel definitely ticks all the boxes of the hotel you would expect to find in this type of trip. Safari looking hotel, clean and relaxing rooms, welcoming staff and massage places with views of the Kruger park life. Only disadvantage is the fact you have to keep paying for an entry fee to the park every day as it... More

This hotel is very near Kruger but I feel it's overrated The rooms were dark and dreary It's supposed to be rustic and charming but we didn't really feel it. The outside eating area was hot, not really clean and lots of bugs The buffet was good and lots of choices As well the breakfast buffet was good

We absolutely love this hotel and this was the fourth year on the trot that we have stayed here. The staff are extremely freindly and helpful and most of them have been here for several years. We get welcomed back like family each time we visit now.The evening meals in the lapa restaurant under the starsare an experience not to... More

This hotel is an excellent base for visiting the Kruger Park, just a few minutes from the Paul Kruger Gate entrance. It is tree house style with board walks to rooms and restaurants. Our room had two double beds, quite spacious and provided views of the arrival of baboons at meal times. The buffet style evening meals offered a good variety... More

We have stayed on annual basis for last several years. This time we were again in a chalet for a week rather than a hotel room which for a family is much better – sleeps 6 with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and own BBQ if you fancy a “braai”. You still have full access to all hotel amenities including the... More

Hi Guys, Stayed here in January when visited the National Park. Was such a pleasure knowing that you dont have to come back and cook a meal to have after a day scouting for the Big5. Great rooms, air conditioned and comfy bed. Will def be back there. Food was great as well, bf and supper.

I flew into Skukuza airport and was met by a very attractive young lady driver of the shuttle bus. On arrival at the hotel reception desk I was offered and accepted a refreshing glass of cranberry juice. I was then taken to my king bedded room 261 where I was to enjoy 2 nights of noiseless sleep. There are not... More
