The accommodations are clean and neat, the rooms are just a bit cluttered for my personal liking. My main complaint was the suppers that was served so late. I do not eat later than 7 as a rule. waiting until 20h30 for supper, that really was beyond me and the food went to waste.

Aletheim has an excellent location near the Big Hole. It is Beautifully decorated and spacious. They have 32 Channels of DSTV and friendly service. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not make cold in both rooms and the breakfast was unappetizing.

I've always been very wary of staying in Kimberley and was worried about how safe the area was that the guest house is in. However, when we got there I was pleasantly surprised - didn't feel unsafe at all even though it was the evening before New Year and we saw a lot of cops and drunk people while driving...

Great place to stay, all the staff are very kind and attentive. Rooms are nice and clean and the free breakfast was quite good (considering I have dietary requirements). Staff were able to recommend me things to do/taxi services and even took me to The Big Hole. Wifi worked well (but not in all rooms). Was catching a train to...

Allover good value for money and very friendly and helpful staff. Also very central to stay over when travelling to the Cape or visiting historical sites. Breakfast was good except eggs was not done according to order.

It was an absolute treat staying there. Even when my wife took ill, they went far beyond what was expected to keep her comfortable until we could return home on a late evening flight. Alet and team are stars!

Poor service including arrogance from the owner. I stayed in a very small room that was used by servant (domestic) before. There is even no privacy when using the bath room since bathroom, kitchen and bed room is one thing.

Beautiful decor, comfortable bed and clean. Excellent host with good staff. This was my fourth stay and will be always my destination stay in Kimberley. Alet has a wonderful personality and is most gracious as a host. The dinner and breakfast was excellent with a touch of home food quality
