If you are looking for a "home away from home " like I was then Balmoral Lodge situated in a quiet area in Bellville is just it. It was close by but from the welcome to seeing our room it felt like we were in a different city. Quiet, clean and the very friendly staff greets you at the gate. Covid 19 protocols all in place which made us feel comfortable. The reservations Manager Tyrone, greeted us with a huge smile and his bubble personality making us forget that we actually in the midst of a pandemic. The food, the room, the staff and the general ambiance was more than amazing. The decor breathtaking and the hospitality of everyone was top notch. Thank you for making our valentines day weekend far more special than we could have imagined. Tyrone, you made our stay comfortable, pleasant with always checking up on our needs and making sure that they are met. You outdone yourself, you can pride yourself with a job well done. Thank you to Tyrone and the staff at the Balmoral. I was there for 2 weeks, nothing was too much effort for them, I didnt have meals so cant comment on them, but the place was always clean, and staff always friendly, they even did my laundry for me. I felt very comfortable staying there during level 3.

I'd like to gratify my warmest appreciation and satisfaction of the stay I had at this wonderful Lodge, the service was exquisite😊! And mostly I want to say big ups to Tyrone Libroy,his energy, love and dedication for his job is extra ordinary,the type of care I received from him made me wish to stay longer♥️♥️. Thank you darling, keep up the excellent job you're doing. In conclusion Balmoral Lodge Guest House is a place to go, you can even watch Netflix, YouTube with no worries about the wifi connection.
