We stayed at this trendy and friendly Guest House for 4 nights, and loved it. The hosts, Claudia and Rob are an absolute delight, the rooms are well appointed and spacious with modern bathrooms and great attention to detail. It is so conveniently situated and the views from all sides are spectacular. Our suite had a huge deck from which...

I've been meaning to write a review of this pleasant oasis for ages. Claudia and Rob were both outstanding hosts during our 3-night stay. Our bed was comfortable and we appreciated the small refridgerator in our room. This guesthouse is tucked off the main road, close to some more expensive guesthouses on the main road. We were within easy walking...

Claudia was perhaps the warmest and most welcoming host one could wish for, full of good advice and tips for things to do in the area. The bed was deliciously soft and warm, just what we needed on a stormy weekend. Views of Table Mountain out one window, camps bay out the other, and ample breakfast available. We will have...

Camps Bay Oasis is a lovely and warm venue. Great location to all the popular beaches and eating venues. From the time of arrival to point of departure has been a pleasure being there. The warmness and friendliness of the host and staff is what remains with me and my friends. It felt like a home away from home. Totally...

Travelling with our 2 little ones aged 3 & 4 we found a great place to stay at the Oasis in Camps Bay. The interior is stunning and so are the views. The owners Claudia and Rob understand how to warmly welcome their guests and having kids themselves, we just felt like being part of the family. They helped us...

We stayed at Camps Bay Oasis for 8 nights from 10th February 2013. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Claudia who made us feel very welcome straight away and also throughout our stay. This was our first time to Cape Town so we were not sure on places to go, taxi's and general information but Rob and...

Our first visit to Cape Town and we decided to stay in Camps Bay. This well priced guesthouse was taken over by new management a couple of years ago and has been completely transformed. It is a fresh, modern and immaculate place with ocean and mountain views. Claudia has a real arty flair and the decoration and finishing touches really...

On returning to Camps Bay after 3 years I ventured back to a place I thought I knew and discovered not only was Camps Bay Oasis under new management but that the transformation was incredible! The decor has gone from dated and bland to wonderfully modern, clean, fresh and exciting. On arriving we were upgraded to the roof terrace suite(purely...

Extremely expensive for what you actually get. I think Camps Bay in generally is very expensive. The B&B itself is definately clean and nicely decorated. Location is close to the beach (walking distance). Breakfast is great - cooked eggs, cereal, etc. Overall, a nice place... just expensive. If you are thinking of staying here to get into Cape town, you...

“Note to you: If you want the best room in the house, you CANNOT get a better view than from that roof terrace so ask for that one! You have the sea on one side and the magnificent table mountain on the other! Is magical by day .. and night!”
